Working with James Gattas Jewelers, specifically with Phillip, on getting an engagement ring for my fiance and then both of our wedding bands has been one of the easiest and most hassle free experiences Ive ever had. From the very beginning, Phillip was extremely accomodating and very helpful. He took time out of his busy schedule on numerous occassions to assist me (as I had a ton of questions). He made the shopping and buying experience very enjoyable. I would recommend James Gattas Jewelers to everyone I know who is looking for any type of jewelry imaginable. They have it all! They will even ship items as I live in Houston and did most everything remotely. Piece of cake! Stop by and definitely ask for Phillip. He was amazing!

I was the recipient of a custom made ring by the brilliant jewelers at James Gattas Jewelers in August 2016. Each diamond was hand picked by their staff and the ring is everything that I could have dreamed of! I later purchased a ring from them and they were so helpful. I am in another state and heard about them trough some friends and I thought that it would be difficult due to distance, but it was anything but that. I sent them some pictures so they could get an idea of what I was looking for and they found the one. I am so happy with the quality and efficiency of service I received from James Gattas Jewelers. Each person I worked with gave me expert service: I had a specific design for a ring in mind, and after sharing many photos back and forth, we decided to do a custom-designed ring. We have shopped at James Gattas Jewelers for many years. Most recent time there was to get a ring re-sized and watch battery. The ring came back quicker then estimated and it was bright and polished with the setting inspected to make sure everything was nice a secure. Watch battery was in stock and was replaced while we waited. The staff was friendly and showed us anything we wanted to see while we waited.

I was treated very rudely by the staff atthis jeweler when i stopped in to make a purchase 5 minutes before their 5:00 closing. They had already put away most of the merchandise, and made it very clear they were not interested in making another sale. The young man behind the counter acted very put upon that we had dared to even come in the door. I will now take my business elsewhere!
