They lie. We ordered 2 wedding rings on May 12th and mine on May 13th. During the sell, they advised us that we would have the option to purchase the lifetime warranty when we picked up. That was the deciding factor of the purchase. 2 weeks later, they advised that they no longer offer the lifetime warranty. When we asked about my ring, they advised that it wouldnt be ready until 6 weeks after order, not the 2 to 4 that the sales man quoted us. Leaving us with only 5 days between picking up the band and the wedding day. They never updated my phone number when I called in to changed it (also cinfirmeded this change in-store), so I was never notified when the ring arrived. When picking up the mans band. The manager(?) Was VERY rude. Ling story short.... dont waste your time or money here. They lie.

Came in here with a friend who was shopping for diamond earrings for his wife. Once in the door, it was a no pressure kind of situation until we tried to leave. I got a little uncomfortable but not as bad as Reeds.
