BEWARE, Do not ever use this company!!! They will gladly accept your premiums but they will not issue a check for you to buy your own jewelry. Even worse, they will not even come close to issuing the jeweler the amount that your jewelry is insured for! We were assigned a claim manager name Jessica who has been constantly unavailable to us and the jeweler when we have contacted her. When we have received call backs from her a week later, she has demeaned us, disrespected us and has had absolutely no concern for us as the customer. While they may state that the countless requirements for replacement are to protect you, it is simply a financially driven motive to do anything in their power to not pay you back, what you have paid into. Avoid this company at any and all cost. Read your contracts (thats another thing, the contract that we have asked for since day one is not clear AT ALL and very minimal. The one with all of the fine print is not issued and even when you ask, it is not readily available, impossible to get really). As if losing your engagement ring is not devastating enough, they make the replacement process and hard and as emotionally distressing as possible. Dont make the same mistake we did. This company is very dishonest and we will never use them again.

We are in our 2nd year of insuring with JM. I was sent an email asking if I would rate them. Then I was given the opportunity to leave a review on YELP and GOOGLE. I have had all positive experiences with reps over the phone, so far. BUT we have not had to file a claim. After reading these other Yelp and Google reviews, I am wondering if i even want to continue our coverage. I pray we never need to use the insurance, but if we did, I would become furious if I was put through what some of these people are saying about thier claims, and being dropped. So that is why only 3 stars. I have had 5 star service over the phone so far, but I dont like what I am hearing about claims. We have our jewelry insured at DOCUMENTED appraisal value, not purchase price, by the suggestion of a phone agent. And the coverage paperwork makes it sound like hassle free claims. I wonder how true any of that is now?

When I recently found out that my previous insurance company would NOT pay the full value of my jewelry, if it was lost or stolen, I went looking for another insurance company. Jewelers Mutual answered all of my questions - and gave me the answers I was looking for!! They are very knowledgeable, very professional, yet so friendly. They make you feel like you are the one and only client and you are so important. It made me feel good. But more importantly, they WILL pay you the full amount should you have to replace your lost or stolen items. I just love this company and will remain their client for life!! Thank you Jewelers Mutual!! You set the bar very high and you stand behind your client!!

Ive used this company for decades. I want to point out that if you are a retail consumer and have a "replacement" policy, thats what you get, REPLACEMENT, not a check for whatever nebulous amount you insured your item for. If you have a CASH policy, then, you get a check, but the premium is higher. JM is a WHOLESALE insurer and they rely on guys like me to provide the replacements AT wholesale, not the crazy figure your retailer put on it. You didnt pay as much as the appraised value, which has NOTHING to do with the real cost to produce. Ignore the person who wrote that review, they have no idea what theyre talking about. Im over 40 years in the biz....

i was denied insurance because of a non fraud or theft criminal record that i have it happened a long time ago and see that as a liability ...... my ring isnt even worth that much 6k and i was denied i cant believe it. Dont use this company they dont see you as a human but as what ever the state put labels on you for shame to all of you. Didnt even bother asking my employment i have multiple restaurants and food truck well established respected individual clearly only looking out for themselves DONT USE THEM

very rude customer service... asked for a quote and they said my jewellery is to expensive to insure?! hahah...Lisa anderson is super rude and tracy fisher as well very rude people no respect .... they wont insure all my jewelry but only the ring...i thought you were an insurance company?... horrible customer service and most likely wouldnt pay you a dime if anything happened... dont waste your money on this place!

This company was recommended by my local preferred jeweler which is very credible and has my trust. Signing up was an easy process and I found it simple to list my items and appraisals. Since then, I have added more jewelry and been just as happy with the process. Fortunately, I havent had any claims but would expect the same quality service from JM. I have renewed my policy several times without hesitation.

Ive insured multiple personal items likes my wifes ring and some of my watches. Their rates are amazing and their coverage is the best. What I like the most is the customer service. If you go through the problem of damaging your jewelry you want quick help and thats what Jewelers Mutual has also helped me out with. Highly recommend!!

Great experience with this company, my fiancées ring had t be replaced after she had it smashed against her finger . We went to the jeweler we bought it from and everything went so smooth with jewelers mutual. I was so glad that I listened to a friend who had them. Jewelers Mutual is amazing. I lost my pendant and they were quick to replace it at NO charge and they allowed me to go to any jeweler of my choice. I got the same quality as I had before. I have dealt with several insurance policies and this one by FAR is the best. 1% a year for coverage and NO deductible. Love them.

Ive had my jewelry insured with Jewelers Mutual Insurance for just over a year now. I havent had to submit a claim yet but I have been very pleased with how they reminded me to renew my policy. I would highly recommend this insurance company for anyone looking for a little extra assurance in securing your jewelry.

Jewelers Mutual is a must for anyone who has invested in their jewelry. I lost one of my earrings at a party and I was beyond distraught. JM helped me through the process of filing a claim and I was able to get a replacement within a month. I am so happy I had my jewelry insured!

I have not had a claim but JM has been excellent to work with. I get reminder notices when my premium is due and they send out periodic emails to make sure your up to date on coverages. Excellent company to work with.
