I cant think of a better place to invest in your wedding jewelry. After searching for months for the perfect ring, I came upon The Diamond Gallery of Napervilles website. Sue Voiland cheerfully helped my fiancé and me adapt a current in-store design to a custom design and walked us through from start to finish, from what setting is best for someone whos hands take a daily beating (and thusly, the ring) to the remarkably well-made finished product. We had a bit of a snag with the delivery of the ring and my finances proposal timeline (not TDGONs fault -- despite TDGON ordering my ring with a Comfort Fit band per our request, the manufacturer forgot to include that feature when they made the ring) and Sue worked miracles to get my engagement ring to my fiancé in time for his planned proposal date. And if that wasnt enough, she even lent me the incorrectly made ring to wear until the replacement ring was finished. Because I lived out of state at the time, Sue arranged a ring swap via UPS overnight delivery --a real nail biting experience because UPS wasnt up to their usual good performance. All ended perfectly well, and Im so grateful to Sue and The Diamond Gallery of Naperville for being so generous and thoughtful, a very considerate touch from a place of business that I had not anticipated. Ive never worked with a company that tried so hard to give their customer so much overall satisfaction, until now. And my ring... its unbelievably stunning. The craftsmanship is extremely precise, simply flawless; the color and clarity of the diamonds surpassed my expectations, and the included twice-yearly prong checks provide a peace of mind that I hadnt previously considered. Im still dazzled every single day by this incredibly beautiful ring that inspires so many spontaneous compliments from strangers. Im looking forward to a lifetime enjoying this sparkling ring, and anticipate shopping at The Diamond Gallery of Naperville for gifts (and myself!) for many, many years to come. Do yourself an enormous favor and go see them.

Diamond Gallery of Naperville has been our go to jeweler for several years. We went there at the recommendation of a neighbor who had been shopping there for years. When our daughter wanted to change the setting on her engagement ring to platinum, they did the work. It looks gorgeous. Upon returning from Afghanistan, our son decided to get married on short notice. Jenn bent over backwards to help us get the rings in time for the wedding. They purchased all 3 of their rings there. My husband, after more than 30 years of marriage has realized that I love beautiful jewelry. Jenn has been there to guide him through quite a few purchases and they are wonderful pieces. When I lost one of my diamond studs and jackets, Amanda was there to help us replace the pieces. We have also had them do repair work on some very precious pieces. It has always been done in a timely manner and looked great afterwards. Our appraisals have always been for more than the piece cost. We have looked online and at other chain stores, but the quality of the stones at Diamond Gallery has always proven to be worth the trip there. I will be thrilled if my husband keeps going to Diamond Gallery of Naperville to buy my gifts.

You can not find a better place to shop for jewelry period. The staff have always been honest and respectful to everyone that has ever been in there store. I have known Jackie (Owner) for twenty six years. I have purchased everything from a small sweet heart high school ring for my girl friend, to a diamond wedding ring for my wife (same girl) that cost me more than my annual salary at the time. I travel all over the world and have yet to find a store with everything they bring to the table. As with everything in life yes there is always cheaper but I have never had an issue that Jackie did not go above and beyond to solve. I must admit that the issue that I did have was my fault, but Jackie rose to the occasion and made my wife and I very happy. I have recommended there service to people out of the country and out of state, and everyone has always thanked me for introducing them to the Diamond Gallery. The service they offer is not available to anyone from the large box stores or on-line. Jewelry is a very personal product and must be shopped for as such; if you want to be happy with your purchase for your lifetime then you must give Jackie at the Diamond Gallery a shot.

I first want to say a very special thank you to Tori S. for her personal attention to my needs to find the perfect birthday present for my wife Trish a Diamond and Emerald oval side pendent. I bought it 3 weeks before her birthday and couldnt wait to give it to her, and the wait was wroth it !!! She loves it and everyone that has seen it says how beautiful it is (just like my wife). Their selection and prices were unbelievable and Tori was a true joy to work with. I have been in retail management for over 30 years and I found her being very professional and knowledgeable for being there for just a short time but Im sure this is just great start for her. We looked at other big name stores like Jared in hopes of finding our amazing engagement ring. However we were pushed away from those bigger stores because we told them we needed to think things through (engagement rings are not cheap these days). When we walked into Diamond Gallery we were instantly welcomed even though it was close to their closing time. They sat with us and showed us different bands and then showed us different diamond options (neither of us had been married before and were clueless). In the end they were not out to get our money. They just wanted to know we left satisfied with something in our budget. We have since returned and bought both wedding bands and I have had them fix another ring that was missing diamonds. Anything jewelry related from here on out will go through them. They are amazing!!

This jewelry store is top notch! Everyone that works there is AMAZING and super helpful! My entire family gets their jewelry there and all of us have been more than satisfied with our purchases. Prior to become a huge fan of the Diamond Gallery, I had been a customer of a big chain jewelry store down the street. After the other store had "ruined" my engagement ring, Kevin and Jackies store was more than willing to work with me and my insurance company to get everything fixed. They were wonderful! I am so lucky that they were willing to work with me on getting a new diamond and fix my setting. I also know that my parents, grandmother, aunt, and uncle have all been very pleased with their purchases at the Diamond Gallery. I just had the best experience at the diamond gallery of Naperville! My boyfriend and I walked in looking for a ring, for me. The owner was there ready to help us with everything we needed. She took one look at some pics I had found and reached right in to the case and picked out the perfect ring for me! It was all that I had been looking at from other stores but couldnt find all my faves in one ring, and here it was! She continued to pull more rings just to help ensure that this was the one. No rushing no pushing us to buy like we had experienced in other stores. Just friendly honest service. I didnt want to spend our money anywhere else! We left with the perfect ring and I felt really good knowing I had just made a really important purchase from such a nice place.
