Nothing but good things to say about the staff at this location. Everyone I worked with selecting wedding bands with was friendly and helpful. Never pushy or anything about try to just make their next sale. This location is smaller than the other nearby location. Not as large of a selection. When I found the rings I wanted to order, the staff at the store went out of their way to order a sample of the rings just so I could be sure before placing my order. Stock types include rings for men and women, watches, bracelets. I did not look at everything so not limited to just those items.

My family has been going to Waterfall for years. Recently I had my mom bring in a list of my own items that needed to be fixed, cleaned, batteries replaced, etc on my behalf (I dont live in the area). She was greeted by Joey Strong who was exceptional. He completed everything that day and was so pleasant to work with. I had the pleasure to work with Joe who is also one of the owners. My wife and I are very particular with our higher end purchases. Joe really sat and took the time to understand our needs and custom make something very special for our big day. I later bought a watch from a different place and was scammed. I learned my lesson and will never deal with anyone else but Joe and Waterfall moving forward.

Website says open till 8pm, door closed at 6pm... 2 customers were waiting outside for them to open. Waterfall employee said he wont open the doors because of some insurance crap. Not happy with misleading info on their own website...
