We bought our first set of bedroom furniture from Bowen Town and Country in 2000, and have returned several times since because of the great service, quality furniture, and reasonable prices. We recently needed queen-size bed rails to convert that original bed from a full-size, and both David and Garry helped me order a set that closely matches our bed, even though the original manufacturer is no longer in business. The price was better than anything I could find, even online. The order arrived quickly and I got great service at the warehouse too. I wouldnt hesitate to return for my next furniture purchase.

This person Vanessa has got to be a competitor using a false name. Bowen has been in business for more than 50 years. Theres a reason for that. How many other independently owned fine furniture stores are still open in Winston-Salem? We have a house full of furniture from Bowen Town & Country and they are some of the best people in town. Their reputation is fantastic and well-known and their salespeople are top notch. Just check the reviews on some of the other websites if youre not sure. Nice try, Mr. Competitor.

I went in to Bowen and was prepared to spend a good chunk of money on a sectional, dining table, and kids furniture, but no one came up to me to assist me during the 20 minutes I walked around the store. I felt uncomfortable as I noticed the sales guy staring at me as though I did not belong in his store, perhaps because I am young and dont look like I have a lot of money to spend. After browsing, I left feeling extremely unwelcome and will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service is a 10/10 we spoke with Steve Rice and he was a gem! So friendly and helpful. He was great! We bought a mattress and we are very happy with it. The only reason I give it a 3/5 rating is because of the price. They have beautiful furnisher, amazing customer service, and delivery was no wait at all, but some of the prices were outrageous. If you have the money this place is great! But it seems too expensive to me.
