Great selection and prices but they wont stand behind the products they sell. Within the last year I have bought the 3 pairs of waders from them. The first pair lasted less than a month and the second pair I got 4 hints out of them before I noticed the leak. So I changed brands. I got banded extremely comfortable and warm, but they arent made to be waterproof past your waist. Now no one told me this and when you buy chest waders you expect waterproof to the top. So I tried to take them back, but once you wear them you cant return them. How was I suppose to know they werent going to be what is expected. I was told to pound pavement and that they already retuned my last waders. bad customer service, which is ashamed since I was a loyal customer even though it was a drive for me, now I have to shop else where. STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS.

After purchasing a pair of Danner Boots I wanted to return them for the more expensive Danner Sharptails. I spoke with Soyna the Liberty MO manager. I was honest with her that I did wear them around the house and found them to be uncomfortable. She inspected the boots and said they would not return them w/o a 30% restocking fee. No flexibility to work with me. They boots I wanted to buy were $189 vs the $130 I was returning. Still not willing to work with me. I left & contacted the corporate customer service Aaron from CS replied via email (I gave him my C#) to contact the store. This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. A simple request to help me get boot I could wear...you all know Cabelas Basspro or any other retailer would have helped. I will NEVER shop Rodgers Sporting Goods

I stopped in at their store in Liberty and I was immediately greeted and got a much needed education on bow-mounted trolling motors. I continued to shop and found excellent prices on shotgun ammo and decoys. Found a great bird hunting vest for my wife and a neoprene vest for our hunting poodle. Everywhere that I went in that store, I was greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I turned 58 years old that day and have been to a lot of outdoors stores over my years, and this stands out as the finest store of its kind and the single best experience I had at one! Subsequently, I exceeded my birthday budget substantially. LOL

EXTREMELY helpful staff! In a half hour I had no less than 6 employees ask if I was finding everything ok. This particular trip I was just browsing but in the past I was looking for very specific ammo and an employee was VERY knowledgeable and completely eliminated my frustration of not finding what I was looking for in no time!... WAY BETTER than other "big name" hunting stores. And WAY BETTER prices!

Friendly and knowledgable staff! I had to drive up from over 200 miles away for a great deal they had. After driving the distance, wasnt for sure if I would make it right on time. They were willing to wait for me since I had traveled so far, and helped me find the right product and style for what I wanted. I am planning on returning in the near future!

Im at this store so much Ive had people ask me where stuff is. I should get employees discount lol not kidding. great store Ive been shopping at Rogers for several years wish they wouldve started the rewards points 15 years ago lol but oh well. great place and the guys in the bow shop are excellent to work with. Ordered shells that came in that are not usable due to corrosion on the metal. Rogers refused to do anything about it. Only said I need to contact the manufacturer . Good experience in the past but fist time you have an issue they refuse to deal with it. Dont order fiocchi 3" steel 6 in 12 ga. I got a case of junk.

Beware roger sporting good i order 2 hunting cam a month a go they sent me two used cams i call them and they said they would fix the problem waited another two weeks they sent me two used cam again. Will not shop at this place again get what you pay for. Very rude company

Website is horrible. It doesnt list a majority of what is in the store. It shows there is only one kind of arrows when they actually have around 40. Update your website. Dicks and Bass Pro are better

Rogers is loaded with gear for the fisherman and waterfowl hunter. They also have an archery shop. Ive been going to rogers for over 25 years and the customer service is top notch.
