I would give one star if I could. I brought my regulator in to their shop to be re-certified for a dive I was taking in the Philippines. I was assured that the regulator would be ready for the trip in 3 weeks. When I went back 3 weeks later, the owner told me that the technician never bothered to start work on it. No apology or not even an offer to give me a loaner until they would get around to re-certify it. The last time I re-certified my gear there I spent over 400 dollars. That was the prior owner who made sure work got done. I will never spend another dollar at this store! With the I dont care attitude this new owner has, its doubtful they will stay in business much longer.

The instructors were very nice and really made the experience fun. I wasnt sure that I would enjoy it, but, our instructor really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with each step before moving on.
