Ive been to the tackle box a handful of times. The store is nice and looks well stocked but every time Ive went I could not get service at the gun case. Not once. There would be folks getting help but I never once could get anyones attention in the 4 or 5 times ive went. I,m just an average looking dude. No idea why this was a problem. I vowed to never go back the last time it happened. Hell what would be the point? I couldnt buy a gun if I had wanted as they wouldnt acknowledge me. lol. So yeah its been a couple years and everythings kinda fuzzy as to details but I remember being very frustrated.

While the store is well stocked, the customer service is terrible. Ive been there about 4 times and I will never go back. Once I was at the counter for over 15 minutes before some one asked "you need something?" no how may i help you or anything like that. Very rude and over priced.

I will NEVER shop there again! My son went in there to buy about 400.00 dollars worth of merchandise and he was totally ignored. They were NOT busy and the impression I got is that they thought they were better than us. SNOBS

Went there looking for an AR15 stock tool. They had one but wouldnt sell it, as it was the last one. The owner was swearing as I was looking around. Upon seeing me he ask, "What do you want?" Lost business

loved the store there was so much stuff parents got me a gift card a couple months ago finally used it bought a bunch of hooks and weights and 50lb string for less then 30 bucks

Just called in to the store to literally just ask if they carried larger sizes in boots, the guy who answered said "I cant help you right now" and hung up. Ill stick to Gel-Co.

I have been there alot recently n every time im there some one has always acknowledged me n ask if I wanted to see anything especially at the gun shop
