DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! My husband and I purchased a 2009 Subaru Forester from Hooshies in October. We didnt purchase an extended warranty because the vehicle only had 102,120 miles on it & were told it was in good condition. A head light went out as soon as I got two miles from the dealership. The dealership was closed by by the time we turned around because the buying process took until after normal business hours. I also noticed the drivers powered mirror didnt work on my way home. There was no disabled equipment listed when we purchased it. We were ensured that the vehicle had undergone an "x"-point inspection and checked out. Two days after purchasing the vehicle, the car was taken to a service shop. The head mechanic explained that the engine head was leaking badly and the engine needed to be pulled to be repaired. I then made multiple attempts to reach Hooshies....only to be transferred and leave multiple voicemails. NOT A SINGLE CALL BACK. The only person that ever called was the lady that did all of their titles and when we told her what we were experiencing, she told us to call them and they would be reasonable - but again, we were not responded to at all. We paid $14,000 for a lemon that we had to put $3,600 into, two days after purchasing. Its now 3,000 miles later and the car is at the shop yet again. This is bad business with shady leadership and I will continue to warn people of my experience.

I had a great experience buying my car at Hooshies. From the moment I walked on the lot, to the moment I drove my new car home, the guys at Hooshies were very helpful and friendly. The process took a little longer because I couldnt make up my mind on the first trip. But Bijan had no issues, he was very patient and actually wanted me to try a bunch of cars. He wanted to make sure that I was in the car that I truly loved. I probably took a little long on my test drive but again, I really wanted to give the car a thourough look. Again, no complaints, the guys wanted me to be in the right car. I think I knew which car I was really in love with from the get go, but Im glad that I tried several cars just to make sure. The financing process was simple and no pressure whatsoever. I was second in line to the financing so I had to wait for another customer to go through the paperwork. But that was no problem, I just chilled in the store with the guys and watched TV. Its a small store, but its very comfortable inside. All in all, the process was great. I never felt pressured, the cars are all great and I feel that I got a great value. 2007 BMW X3 with 70k miles. Im glad that I spent as much time looking over the car because I absolutely love my new ride!

As a woman without a thorough knowledge of or care for cars it is impossible for me to ever walk onto a car lot without a feeling of suspicion about the salesmans friendliness, and dread that I will be taken advantage of. And although the sales guy did have some pretty cheesy liners that are not helping to alleviate the stereotypes that people have about salespeople on car lots, overall the experience was actually pretty good. Most of the guys working there were easy going and helpful without launching into any big pitches. They gave me a good deal on a car that I had not intended to buy but, in the end, I really did want. They took care of a couple of minor imperfections as a part of the deal. And they hooked me up with a very low rate auto loan through a local credit union. And it all transpired within an hour once I decided to make the purchase. Thanks guys.

Well I started my shopping experience at Autonation to find my jeep. I was dissapointed with the high monthly payment Autonation was offering me. I decided to go to Hooshies and found a 2012 jeep grand Cherokee 4x4 in excellent condition and I was set on getting that vehicle. The guys at hooshies made me feel like I was family and they were quick and very professional. They were able to get me low payments with a good interest rate with my credit score( better than automations payments). I really am thankful I had found hooshies to finance my new/used jeep. I LOVE IT!!! The guys down at Hooshies know how to do it right and treat people right with high quality vehicles! Thank you hooshies I hope to do business again with you later on. I am one very satisfied customer and so is my fiance, she loves the deal I came home with and she loves the jeep more than he own car!

They rushed me into purchasing a vehicle that was priced significantly less than similar models.. within 40 miles of leaving the dealership, my car was overheating. Bad head gaskets. During the test drive (4 blocks) the car was fine. when I got to the mechanic, I was told I was sold a car with a warped lower engine block, which caused the head gaskets to fail on two occasions. Hooshies also gave me a title with the vehicle that didnt have a previous owners signature, so they filled it in themselves instead of dealing with it professionally and legally. It also took two months to receive the documents needed for registration. Do not trust this dealership, unprofessional at best. They will not answer their phone after trying for hours. Yes, I declined the extended service contract because I was under the impression you sold me a working vehicle.

I purchased my Audi A4 Cabriolet from Hooshies after trading in my Subaru Impreza with them. The experience was seamless from start to finish. I felt that I was treated with respect, integrity and concern once sharing with the staff my hesitations about purchasing a new/used car. After a year now, I still love my Audi and have had absolutely no issues with engine or mechanics. It runs exceptional. I want to especially highlight the professionalism of Travis McDonnell when I was being helped. At no point in time did I feel pressure to continue with the sale or take my time in coming to a decision. When I decide to purchase another vehicle, I will begin with Travis and Hooshies first.

I purchased a 2011 Kia Forte from Hooshies at the end of 2015 and I was amazed with how much Hooshie and his staff worked with me and my mom for an absolutely positive experience. They made it work for us, doing things for us that no other dealer, owner, and private party were willing to do for us. We had a lot on our plate with trying to find the best car for our tight budget, and they made everything easier and achievable for us. Since then, everything has been smooth and quick too, with the paper work and title completion and such. Incredible experience. I recommend them to anyone, and theyll even be my own go-to after the experience they gave us.

It is important that people know how hard Mike at Hooshie Auto Sales worked to get my son the car we wanted. The original price on the BMW we purchased was well above the price we paid and the car is perfect. Hooshies Auto Sales had no problem allowing us to take the vehicle in to have it inspected by the BMW dealer and of course it passed with flying colors. The price was $2000 dollars below Kelly Blue Book and after looking for 30 days Hooshies dealership was a huge blessing for our family. I cant say enough regarding our satisfaction with Hooshie and his team. I highly recommend them.
