If I could possibly give no stars I would. They sold my mom a car for my daughter, told them they stood behind their cars. She took the car home and parked it until we could come from out of state to pick the car up. The car was driven 4 miles since purchase. It started to leak oil. When we went to talk to Rick about this. He was a volatile human being. He was very aggressive and would do nothing to help us. He was combative with my mother and father who are elderly so I got in the middle of him and my mom as he was calling her a f*g b*h and screaming in her face. He then started the same aggressive yelling at me and touched nose to nose with his grotesque spit all over my face. I pushed back to get him out of my face and he punched (closed fist) me in my face. I naturally slapped him back. He then threw his phone at me and called me names. We have 5 witnesses and video that shows his behavior. He claimed to the co-owner (his brother Doug) he is somehow a victim because he punched a customer and got slapped back. Very sorry excuse of a man and business. Our mechanic has confirmed that there is over $3,000 worth of repairs that are needed on the car and that a lot of things were done to the car to make it presentable for sale. Be very very careful if you even consider buying anything from them. If so pay a mechanic for a full inspection. Doug was a sweet talker that took advantage of my mom and stated clearly we stand behind out vehicles, which obviously was a lie. We will warn everyone possible and we will file complaints with every imaginable regulation board we can. Bottom line it appears to be their normal practice if you really search and read reviews and complaints.

The owner is one of the rudest people you will ever meet and doesnt know a whole lot about cars unless they are muscle cars. He has probably the worst customer service experience in the world. If I was a customer looking for a car I would stay far away from this establishment because all they do is over price cars and doesnt know how to correctly book cars.

These guys are a credit to the industry! Clever and very honest folks! I love them and continue to do business with them Please visit them - if you need a car, explain what you need and they will put their sales engineering hats on and get it done! Rick and Doug Rock!

He just punched my mom in the face when we came by to have him fix the car because it was leaking oil. He yelled at my grandma and told her to get out of his office,using very foul language. Very rude and disrespectful. I DONT SUGGEST BUYING A CAR FROM THEM!!!

I have known the Leitings for many years and my kids bought quite a few cars with them. Never have had any problems with them ever and disclosed every possible problem that may occur with the vehicles they sell. They always try to find the best ones possible

Rude and will tell you anything to get you to buy a car. A salesman here argued with me for a good 5-10 min before I decided to leave will never go back.
