We purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Solid Cars in the Fall of 2012. Eric was very great to work with. I was even picked up at the bus station (as I came in from out of town) by his employee who took me to their lot. He was very fair and flexible with the price. He provided carfax report prior to me coming to town. After I bought the vehicle, he fixed a few small issues...he had a second key (with electronic chip) made for me and mailed it to me. He also took it into his repair shop on another visit into town, to fix the lock inside the door. All of these fixes were at his expense!!! We would buy from him again if we have the opportunity / need.

Solid Cars on Broadway was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I purchased one car on Saturday and bought a second car on Wednesday! Eric really knows the Volvo brand and provided us with good advice and he also gave us very fair prices on our trade-ins. I cant honestly see myself ever buying a car from a big car dealership again. There was no pressure, there was no silly back and forth negotiations and there were no outrageous dealer prep fees. Eric should teach a course on how to be a good car salesman! He is the best and we are very happy we met him and will be loyal customers to Solid Cars for a long time to come.

We ended up at this little spot after three days of searching for a new vehicle. What a breath of fresh air! Eric was kind, and took extra steps to insure a great loan rate. He is honest and even when we were walking away for a moment, as the vehicle we were interested in was more than we wanted to spend, he offered up information to help us purchase a great Volvo. Even when it wasnt going to be from him, he wanted to make sure we got a good car. He knows his products and was wonderful to work with. I dont think Ill ever buy another vehicle from anyone else ever again. Love the car! Love the experience. Thanks Solid Cars!

I bought a car from Eric in June of last year. After a few months, I discovered something was seriously wrong with it (worst case scenario when buying a used car). I gave Eric a call and told him what was going on, and within a month, he replaced my wagon with a newer, better one. He is such a good dealer and has such integrity to do that. A lot of dealers wouldnt. I am so happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone. My parents have also bought 3 cars from him over the years and have also been very happy.
