Dont buy a car from Auto Source LLC in Denver. I recently purchased a car from them and had problems ever since. The salesman said they replaced the head cover gaskets. However, the car is leaking oil from various places due to their mechanics failure to use proper OEM gaskets. I believe they used some sort of caulking to hide the problem. It looks like the reassembly of the engine was also horrendous because I am now left with a $3000 bill to fix the oil leak. The engine must now be pulled and disassemble. I called to see if there was anything they could do to help, since I am left with a lemon. I thought they might stand behind their vehicles and be a proper business. Their only response was that the car was used and they are not liable anymore. The salesman was also extremely rude and hung up on me. Their salesman also did not provide the vehicle title for over a month. It took a month and 6 days to be exact. I live out of state and my state requires that it be registered within a month, so that was also a problem. They also said the car would be detailed for "6 hours" and could be picked up the next day. When I picked up the car it looked exactly the same. They said they would rework some upholstery and scratches, but they did not. Furthermore, when I got home and gave the car a decent cleaning, I found a marijuana pipe in the back compartment. They did not even clean out the storage compartments, because I also found items from the previous owner still in the car. So I drove the car with illegal paraphernalia without my knowledge. Buying from Auto Source has been a nightmare. I got screwed and lied to. Do not buy a car from here. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. Hope this helps anyone considering buying a car from here.

These guys appear to be friendly and willing to help but its a total scam to get you to buy a bad car from their lot. I purchased a vehicle and paid it off with in 3 weeks of me having the car ( I hadnt even received the title in the mail yet) it had a loud grinding noise and was no longer drive able. I had a specialist check the car and tell me my engine bearings and crank shaft were terrible and I basically put my hard earned money into a lemon as repairs would cost me over 3000$. While the dealership seemed to want to help fix the car when I called with my problem, they only wanted to do so, so that they could be the ones to charge me for fixing a car I just invested over 5,000$ into. After stating the facts of my extreme dissatisfaction with my vehicle. I have had two men from the dealership yelling at me through the phone about how and I quote " once the vehicle is purchased they dont have to fix my car even if something went wrong with my engine the next day they shouldnt be held responsible." And that they would charge me for fixing my car after I was never giving an estimate or even made aware that there would be any further charges for my car. Its extremely devastating to know that even after I went through over 20 different dealerships, and looked at over 30 different cars, and thought I found a great place to purchase a car and I was wrong. I been taken advantaged of and bullied. And Im now afraid to ever purchase another vehicle after this experience. As a young woman I have never felt so fooled and wronged and taken advantaged of by a group of men. Welcome to Auto Source LLC where they dont just do bad business, they do bad business with a smile.

I had the worst experience buying a truck from this place. I drove all the way from Amarillo TX after putting money down to secure the vehicle as I was not able to get there during the week as I am a full time student and hold a job. When I get there to meet one of the salesman, its on a Sunday- I greeted him, then took the vehicle for a test drive. I noticed that the key to the vehicle was taped together...that was THE BIGGEST DETAIL that they decided to leave out. I was not ok with that especially forking over 7k. I said to the guy, why is the key like this? He replied with thats how it came. Well he did not let me know that prior to buying the vehicle, otherwise I would not have purchased it in the first place. I am livid by this point and of course there are other things wrong with the vehicle. I told him let me confer with my boyfriend. When i discussed the key situation to my boyfriend, he said do what you want. So when I let the salesman know that due to him not letting me know about the key being taped together- mind you that Range Rover keys cost an arm and leg, let him know that I did not want to purchase the truck after all, he basically said Im screwed. WTF. This is not how you do business. I am not happy and would honestly give them the truck back. I would never have bought it had they let me know that the main component, the "key" was taped together, i mean really?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I am in the process of reporting them to the Denver BBB.

It was not a great experience. The nissan 2007 I test drove was dirty, and there was something obviously wrong with it, the engine was too loud and I got the feeling that Id have problems within a couple months. (Ive had a terrible experience with a bad engine and now am aware of the warning signs) My boyfriend pointed out that the seat was wobbly amongst other problems I noticed with the interior. We later found out that they didnt even inspect the car before putting it on the lot. That raises a red flag for me because a business that cares about their product would not put that car on the lot. I test drove the same model, for less money, with more milage a few miles down the road and that car was perf3ct. Clean, smooth pickup, and an overall amazing experience (PABauto). Im writing this because it took me months to find the perfect car and then the perfect dealer. There is a clear difference between these dealers. Autosource is not an experience I would recommend.

If zero stars was possible thats what I would give. This guy is one of those sleazy used car salesman that you see in movies but hope they dont actually exist. Unfortunately they do exist, and his name is John Mathieson. He sold us a car that literally DIED out of NOWHERE on the interstate barely 30 days after we purchased it. That is one thing, but he refuses to do anything to reconcile the situation.Turns out the car needs a new engine! If I wouldnt have exited (the car died on the exit ramp) my 3 year old son and I would have been stuck on the middle of the interstate in our dead "new" car. We had to rent a car for 3 weeks before having to purchase another one. Go to a dealership with some integrity and a guarantee....that if the car DIES in less than a month the dealership will take it back. Dont put yourself at risk.
