I purchased my Black 2009 BMW E92 M3 here in the beginning of October with 61,1XX Miles on it and no warranty (I did ask if the car had any warranty they could sell but they said it was not worth my time and pushed me away from the question) being eager and knowing the moment I saw it I knew I had to have it. Dealing with Josh and Dave(owner) I had entrusted them getting me a lower rate than I was approved for, they did! The same day I took the car home. The following day (Sunday) after driving with my daughter in the car home the car had shifted into neutral and went into limp mode. I was unable to shift the vehicle back into any gear, nothing was shown on the instrument cluster and the lights on the shift knob were void. Thankfully I was in a neighborhood and only a driveway away from home. I immediately called my salesman and sent him photos of the two codes, he called back almost instantly and asked if my daughter and I were okay and said to call back on Monday and see what they could do for me. I had the car hauled into the shop from Ft Collins to Denver, per my expense and agreed upon through the Dave (owner/manager). The service department had seemed very knowledgeable through the entire process, after not being able to locate the root cause of vehicle they had it sent to Murrays BMW. Murrays BMW said the battery had low voltage and there were stored codes for the Gear Selector Switch (GWS). After receiving the vehicle back from Murrays Automotive Imports had installed a new battery and Joe (service manager) had taken the vehicle home over the weekend (mutually agreed upon myself and the service manager) to test drive and ensure the codes had not returned. After having the vehicle for (2) weeks I was finally able to get my car back and Automotive Imports paid for the diagnostics at Murrays and a new battery. The vehicle drove flawlessly and the codes had not returned. A month later while parking my vehicle in the garage my car stalled out and recreated the same symptoms as the second day of owning. I immediately contacted Dave (owner) and let him know my situation. He advised me to contact Joe on Monday. After talking with Joe and me avoiding paying a $300 in a haul bill again I had taken it upon myself to replace the gear selector switch and take it to a dealership locally to have it programmed. After the shop had reprogrammed the vehicle it was still not fixed and the mechanic had stated it was my transmission control module. I reached out to Automotive Imports to see if they would assist in ANYTHING because the initial failure was only a temporary band aid. I had/ have yet to hear of a response of them trying to assist or even reach out and communicate. Overall, my experience with the salesman was good; he was knowledgeable and much laid back. I definitely over trusted them when purchasing the vehicle. If I were to redo the experience in buying a used car I would most definitely have a third party overlook the car because the car I purchased did have mechanical problems that I ended up taking care of because the lack of the dealership. In regards to the mechanical defects of the vehicle, I am very disappointed in being taken advantage of, with owning the vehicle for nearly 3 months I’ve only been able to drive it for maybe one since it has been in the shop the rest of the time.

Today marks the one year anniversary of my purchase of a 2008 bmw x3si from automotive imports, the following is my justification for my review. THE BAD: Within one month of the purchase date, I received a service engine soon light and a low coolant light. The service engine soon light only displayed for approximately five minutes before it went off and no code was present. The low coolant light went away after new coolant was added and after a month the cooling system light apered again with rushing fluid coming from the system after shutoff, this lead the the discovery of a leak in the radiator expansion tank ($$), the light has sense came on again in addition to other problems. The vehicle has needed the following replaced; radiator expansion tank, both camshaft position sensors, both vanos solonoids, the valve cover gasket, and the transaxle motor. All of these parts have driven the true cost of the vehicle well over its blue book value which I had paid well over in the first place due to a promised preinspection, carfax, and well written warranty. I paid close to 4,000 over blue book at the time of purchase which I now feel taken advantage of due to the mechanical issues ive experienced sense then. Additionally, the steering wheel leather was missing its stitching on a small portion which I failed to notice upon purchasing, once purchased I asked if it could be repaired and I was told it would be an additional cost. The vehicle had new tires but I didnt notice the needs alignment on the inspection and now a year later I have to invest in all new tires and the alignment ($800). This is all in addition to the cost of a mechanic to resolve the current issue with the vehicle. THE GOOD: Automotive imports has a professional and clean facility with friendly sales representatives and associates. The vehicle detail work was superior to the work of others and the vehicle featured new tires in addition to paint repair on the front fender. Additionally, the vehicle came with a "good" warranty. LESSONS LEARNED: Dont pay perfect condition price based off of aesthetics and have the vehicle inspected by someone without a biased stance on the sell. Certainly dont overpay based off of a warranty and insure fully inspect the vehicle. Hopefully this review will be helpful in helping you shop for your future car, God bless.

Bought a used Audi A4 back in February 15 from my sales guy who coincidentally was also named Travis. Very straight forward sales process, while Travis was still learning the new POS system he was still very professional and respectful of my time. They found me a fantastic interest rate and gave me a more than fair deal on my trade in. Throughout the process the owners were always involved, (Reuben and Dave) always making sure I was happy and had all of my questions answered. Heres the kicker, the vehicle I bought started having some mechanical issues, they were happy to fix everything for free and ultimately we still found a problem, turns out the issue was under warranty through Audi and surprise, Audi had to replace my entire engine with a brand new engine straight off of the factory line, free of charge. Now I know what youre thinking they sold me a lemon, number one their service department is top notch, (especially Aaron - guy is legit! Very professional and knows his stuff) Number two they would have never sold me that vehicle for the price they did had theyd known they could get a brand new engine in it under warranty. Lastly they still made it right even though it wasnt their fault, it was a very time consuming process getting my entire engine replaced - BTW not complaining I got a brand new Audi engine!!!! They still still went out of their way to make sure I was happy and refinished all of the alloy wheels free of charge ($500.00 value at cost) without me even pushing them to do so. Long review short, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an import, all the sales staff are helpful, really liked Travis obviously, the owners are very hands on and willing to hear your feedback - good or bad, probably not too much bad though because they honestly care that their clients are happy and feel good about their purchase. They will make things right if need be, everyone should understand theres no guarantees when youre buying a used vehicle but that being said, they will ensure youve made a good purchase! If youre buying a new car and dont want to deal with the BS you get at one of the big box dealerships, do yourself a favor and go to Automotive Imports! Thank you, Travis, Aaron, Dave, and Reuben!!!!!!!!
