Six months ago I purchased a car from a used car dealer on Broadway. The salesman seemed nice and the car looked good, however: within a week both the brakes and the transmission went out. A friend of mine advised me to go to the car connection and see if they could help me. He told me he got a good deal and they were real helpful when he was car shopping. We went to the car connection and he introduced me to all the guys. He explained how I was taken advantage of by another car lot and ask them to look out for me. All the staff was sympathetic and super nice. I said I was a veteran with a service connected disability. I explained how I had a fixed income and very little to work with. The owner thanked me for my service and told me not to worry. He said he offers a discount to both veterans, as well as active service members. I told him I had $2,000 and could not afford a monthly payment or another fixer upper like my last car. I spotted a Ford Expedition that I really liked, but new it had to be out of my budget. The sticker price was $2,999 alone not counting tax and other fees like dealer prep. It would cost me close to $4,000 in the end. That was twice my budget. To my surprise he excepted my $2,000 as payment in full and absorbed all the additional fees. I couldnt believe it. That was in November of last year. Since than, I have yet to have a single problem with my vehicle. If you are a Veteran and car hunting I highly recommend The Car Connection. I have never enjoyed buying a car. But my experience was so great I stop in to check on the guys whenever I am in the area. This is a great business with a top notch staff that really seemed to care about their customers. They get 5 Stars and I salute the courtesy and professionalism extended to my by their staff. Thank you so much car connection. You bring sunshine to an industry that has had a cloud over it for a long time. William Bileck, USAF

I was strongly encouraged to write a review. I did and noticed it was no longer posted. So I am trying again. I bought a 2002 Lexus RX 300 from Car Connection on 9/2013 and the car quit the day I drove it off the lot!!! I was very upset because I had put up a lot of money up front! I had stopped to get gas and it shut down! My husband was upset because he felt it was a lemon. I took it back to get it looked at by the CAR CONNECTION mechanic. Ahmad was receptive, told me just enough to passify me..... but then after taking it to KUNI LEXUS in Greenwood VIllage for maintenance and to check on a minor squeaking noise, the transmission blew while I was on my wasy to pick up my 6 year old at the bus stop!!!!! My husband was right. The car was a lemon!!!!!!!! I now am being called to court by CIG financial for almost $4k in car costs and fees mind you, I already had paid almost $6k (plus $2500 down) on the car that was valued at $7500 when I bought it. DISGUSTED! I am a working mother and was looking for a reliable vehicle. What I got doing business with these folks: =a lemon car aka no transportation for me to work or school for my kids = bill for $4k from CIG Financial = $5, 200 bill from KUNI lexus for the transmission repair = acourt date for voluntary repo I did a voluntary repo on it because CIG wanted the payment regardless of the functionality of the car. They were inflexible in helping me find a solution to make the payment and make the repairs. Fernando G, Ahmad, agents of CIG Financial and any of their people should be ashamed.

I bought a 2002 bmw 540i from here and its had nothing but problems. I took the owner Amhads word that was the first mistake and he sold me a car he said was blue book worth 10,000.00 sold me it for 8500.00 the next day it shut off on me with my kids age 6 and 10 in the car on the highway. After researching the real blue book value it was worth only 5 thousand. They refused to pay for any of the parts and want to charge me for the labor and parts. havent even had the car for two months and iv already put in over a thousand dollars and its still not running. This place is a joke its def a rip off and just like any used car dealership make sure you take the vehicle to get looked at by the manufacturer dealership. it was my first car and since it was 10 thousand dollars i was going to spend after paying the car off i figured it would last me forever but did not even for a month.

car connection has got to be the best place to buy a used car. they are thorough with checking the condition of the cars, and the car i bought has been running as if it were brand new. they are honest with their pricing and definitely dont rip you off. finding a pre-owned vehicle or used car is difficult nowadays with all the scams. i usually dont condone going to a used car dealership and would rather purchase a used car directly from the owner, but this place really has it all. they also offer auto financing. i had to do that since i am a college student, i really couldnt fork up the total amount up front. they are willing to help you out and really get you something in your price range that is also really nice. if you want a company that you can trust, then i would definitely give them a call and check out their inventory.
