This company uses bots to make themselves look better. I went to Autonation in Littleton, CO hoping to have a good experience but it turned out to be terrible. Jack Ridley in the sales department is a con artist. Highly advise there is a reason why the guy sold 256 vehicles in 2016. Id be impressed but I bought and two of those jeeps and first was a Jeep Wrangler in very condition however the roof was cracked and I asked if they would fix that if I bought it and he said they would, but when I delivered the jeep to be worked on he turned and said you bought as is. Sorry brother. So I did. Well I loved the 2015 Jeep Wrangler but I was moving and has I was cleaning up after my dog like a good roommate. I went back out to the driveway in Thornton and the jeep with all belongings was gone. Called the police and they showed 30 minutes later. Then I called Jack Ridley at AutoNation in Littleton, CO to let him know. Usaa put me in a rental car after several hours of frustrating communication. So I was car less closing on a house and everything I owned was taken. Who knows who did it and who really cares. Well moving after dealing with the rental I needed a vehicle that could handle more and it was only two wheel drive, thats all you can get near the holidays from enterprise, be warned, they dont care. So I went back to Jack Ridley because he invited me to his mothers for Christmas and seemed like a reasonable army veteran. Professional salesman, right? Well I went and purchased another jeep, but this jeep was not the one I wanted and I told Mr.Ridley in a forward way I dont I dont want it but he insisted and alls I needed to do to get the jeep, the rubicon, I wanted was go to the social security office down the street. Jack kept pushing and he did his job as a salesmen to push to the customer in an awkward feeling to buy a vechicle. I bought the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Manuel transmission. I knew I was going to have problems when I drove off the lot. About a week later I drove 14 miles off 285 and there was a half of foot of snow on the ground and the jeep was handle the snowy road just fine and then I can to the end of the road and I had to turn around. I began turning around and I switched the gears from 4H to 4L and then to second and the engine just shut off. I was not off roading I was a road with a street name and another jeep was able to tow me all the way home 20 miles. The jeep was not stuck and the clutch was working just fine. At first I thought it was the clutch but the jeep started right and switched gears just fine. So I know it wasnt the clutch because jeep was starting and the gears were shifting just fine. But what he failed to finished was the loan the application with the credit union. Jack tried to tell me even before the mechanic looked at that clutch that it was the clutch. When the tow guy who is a jeep hobbist told it was definitely something to do with transfer case or transmission. I highly advise that you take business elsewhere if you want to purchase a jeep. This dealership will give a bad taste in your mouth and make you very uncomfortable. Jack Ridley thank you for service to our country and the wonderful Christmas dinner but I will never trust you for the disservice you have provided me and Id rather have one happy customer then bragging about 256 vechiles sold.

BUYER BEWARE OF AUTONATION JEEP BROADWAY! Lying & deceiving service, sales, and finance department. These people infuriated me when this happened and its making my blood boil just writing about it! My husband and I were in the market to trade our old jeep for a new one. All the financing and prices were set prior to even stepping foot in the dealer. When we arrived all we had to do was sign the paperwork and away we went. 2 weeks later our sales rep Lauren called us wondering why we didnt come in the sign a new contract. This is the first we heard about that and she couldnt seem to tell us why the paperwork was changing. Her manager Emily couldnt either. So as honest and concerned customers we reached out to the finance guy (Mike). Left him messages but no response. We finally spoke to someone in finance that looked through our file and told us the warranty we purchased couldnt be approved through the original lender so wed have to resign under a different lender but the numbers wont change. What a lie that was!!!!!!! In the meantime I had a service appointment scheduled to fix a chip in the paint and to put on upgraded rims and tires we purchased. Shelby in service called me a week prior to the appointment to let me know the rims had arrived. I showed up for my service and had been there for nearly 3 hours when they pulled me back to the finance guys office. He wanted me to resign the contract with a completely different deal and not to mention a lot bigger monthly payment with no clear explanation. I felt like they were completely taking advantage because my husband wasnt there. At that point I left to call my husband and review what they wanted me to sign. By the time I made it back to the service department. Shelby (the same person who also called to tell me my wheels were in) told me that the wheels are in and they wouldnt perform the service to fix the chipped paint until I resigned the contract. Shelby lied to my face and at this point I am fuming with no answers. Chris the sales manager came to talk with me. He was a complete a**hole and told me to return my car because I wouldnt resign. Reminder: no one has told me why I need to resign at this point and I purchased and signed the docs for my car 2 WEEKS AGO!! They wasted my entire day, lied to me, had horrible communication and customer service. When it all came down to it, the bank wouldnt approve us at the top tier. This is something that should have been reviewed prior to coming in to sign the docs because they had all our information. And on top of that, if it fell through after we signed then we should have been contacted within a couple days after the purchase. Instead they brought me in to my service to department to take advantage of me and try to get me to sign without my husband. They lied to us over the phone, to my face, and by every department there. Emily, Chris, and Lauren in the sales department have the absolute worst communication skills. And everyone I dealt with that day had horrendous customer service. It took several days but we finally got a hold of Sarah, the GM of the dealership. She was extremely apologetic by the way her staff treated us and the situation. She was able to resolve the problem and compensate us for the almost irreparable damage done.

It was not my first experience here that was frustrating but my second due to a mistake on their part. I originally came in to Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep Broadway on the 2nd of December, it was my first time ever leasing a car or even looking to buy. I was there for about 9 hours while they tried to find a good deal for me, I was appreciative at first of course they seemed to be doing everything in their power to get me out in a vehicle for a price I wanted; although I later ended up wishing they had just left me without a vehicle and I wouldve searched elsewhere. I signed all the papers and left with a leased vehicle in hand. However, a couple of weeks later I received a letter from the bank saying they had declined the deal and it had been due to discrepancies in income. I had told the sales girl I was getting a raise but it wouldnt be in effect until end of January or February. The sales girl that I was dealing with had coached me through the whole deal, one significant part of it was that I had signed papers with my original income but she then came back later and told me that the income had to be fixed to the number that would reflect my future raise. It turns out that that is not what had been asked of her along with other discrepancies. They had to scramble to look around for another deal a month later that wouldnt be higher than the payments I had originally signed for. They kind of apologized and said that that is not how they handle deals and that they would talk to the sales girl. At the end I had to put down $1000 more than what I originally had signed for. And the finance guy they ended up pairing up with me, Rusty, pretty much acted like I should be thankful they even found another deal for a slightly cheaper price and then he continued to suggest that if I left the car I would have a hard time getting another car at a dealership and that this was as good as it was going to get. When I proceeded to talk to the manager Sarah, who was much more kind and genuine about being sorry for the situation, he just seemed very uninterested. She left with a final comment directed towards him about seeing what they could give me for all the trouble. She left and He said that they had done me a favor about including gap protection and vehicle protection and that other dealership dont do those things and that they had added on oil changes, all of which of course I was still paying for although he continued to act like it was a favor they were doing for me by adding that on to the finance deal, even though I did check with other people and dealerships and it is not uncommon for those things to be included. It was just very frustrating for me to have to sign all these papers again because he treated me like it was my only option and since I was alone I didnt even have anybody to consult with. I dont believe they were trying to make anything right, just cover themselves for the mistake that happened and not take back a car that had already been driven out of the lot. Rusty tried to make it my fault at some point and said that technically it was on me for signing in the first place, and it made me even more furious. He didnt seem the least bit apologetic.
