I had purchased my first vehicle from this dealership back when I was 18 years old, I had searched many dealerships and was unsatisfied with the pushy salesmen and the fact that they did not treat me with respect because of my young age. A&A Auto treated me with the kindness and respect of a real auto purchaser and got me into the vehicle that I loved, I am 33 years old now and Ive purchased three additional vehicles from this dealership. I have searched around in my many years and I cannot find a dealership that will treat you with the respect that A&A Auto provides. When you go to view their lot they are not swarming with pushy salesmen just trying to make a buck, the salesmen that are there actually care about your opinion and what you are looking for. They take the time to ask you questions and show you the vehicle that suits you best. I myself have not been able to find a better auto lot that can match their great salesmanship or be able to beat their prices! With my last purchase I had called in advance and describe what I was looking for, when I showed up to the dealership they had a line up waiting for me. I was in and out within 30 to 40 minutes with my new car. Like I said Ive been with these guys since I was 18 years old and I will shop with these guys for my all of my vehicles including the ones for my kids when they are old enough. Bought a car from them few weeks ago. The problems havent stopped. Started with the driver window not working literally right after signing the paper work. At first Brian (salesperson) acted as though it was no big deal and he would help us out and get it fixed for us. Should have known it wasnt true. Typical used car salesman lying straight to my face. I took it to his repair shop across town from where I live the mechanic looked at the car decided what the problem was and sent me home to order a part and talk to Brian about prices and all that. (even the mechanic was under the impression Brian would cover it). Well a week passed I had to call Brian and see what the deal was to get the window replaced and he said it would cost me $160. He wasnt going to pay for it because we bought the car "as is". Which is true but true customer service would have covered the 160 on a 10000 purchase without hesitation. The worst part for me is the lying to my face and jumping through the hoops. Back to the car. Within a week we also had to replace a bad wheel bearing, get an alignment, replace the ABS sensor in the front wheels, and the list goes on and on. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. THEY ARE LAIRS AND CHEATS!!! BEWARE!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I purchased my first car here. Car was running great, for about two weeks. What sold me on this place was been around since the 90s and have a 3 month warrenty which most used car places dont. I DID NOT know it would take 3 months to fix the car the transmission for the car. The people who work here dont care other than to sell you a car, the warrenty people wont care about you and the the mechanic they tell you the issue has to go to wont care about you and will take their time to fix it. I took multiple days off work to have him tell oh i will do it next time and next time rolls around i can do it next and when he gets around to it will take him 10 days to fix it because he didnt have the right parts even thought you meet up with them and he made sure he took all the information needed. The mechanic asked for 1500 to remove the transmission and place a used one and the insurance covered the 1000 per the contract but the mechanic jorge didnt care about the time i had to take off or the days i went without a car. I know im not the first person with an issue like this but i dont understand why they would still contract these people to do work for them.

I took my mom to get a car in January this year that where very nice and helpful but that all changed when that same day the engine light came on it is a 2008 Honda Fit, they said it was because the coil got wet I still had them sign a paper saying if light didnt go off they would fix it. After taking it to their mechanic 5 times wasting gas and them wasting gas,still not fixed we asked if we can take to another mechanic we took to Midas where a friend works, they changed the coil instead 9f moving from the other coil like their mechanic did and the light is still on, Midas refused to continue work on it because past the lemon law, now Ali the "owner" wants us to pay for a diagnostic. We have a signed paper that they would fix the engine light problem. Also when we told them it wouldnt pass emission they Had the mechanic reset the engine light and take it to the emmission placw to pass it thwy called my mom and said it passed emission pick it up but the light was back on. Please dont buy a car from here unless u have the money to fix it because they will sell u a bad car without a second thought.

I wish I could give 0 stars. These guys are rip off artists. I bought a car about a year ago unlike the fake reviews they are paying someone to write for them. When I test drove the car the transmission was shifting hard, they told me not to worry about it, they will have it fixed and wrote it up on a "we owe" I took the car home and came back a week later they told me they can give me a number of a mechanic but if I wanted it fixed I would have to use the aftermarket 3 month warranty they gave me with the car. Just call and Lie they will pay $800 to have it fixed. I did not lie to the warranty company and dropped $1200 into the transmission. Six months later the "brand new" timing belt they had put on the car broke. another $3000. When the took the engine apart the mechanic told me this engine had serious damage and was just thrown back together to get it out the door. I contacted the dealer to find out who the mechanic was as the timing belt has a 50,000 mile warranty on it they told me to stop waisting their time. If I want a replacement they will sell me one otherwise "f*ckoff"

Ali is a very nice person but that will not fix my car purchased my car Dec 27 failed emissions 2 times have been taking ot back for the same engine light almost every week . Then without letting me know they took it back for emissions test called and said your car is ready and passed emissions .Two days later the ligh back on my car is miss fireing took it back again. about three times again very stressful when you pay almos 8000 dollers for a car you cant keep longer then thee days or less and are a senior disability here I go again Ali had me take it to the mechanic Friday by sat afternoon light back on Ali why wont you let another mechanic fix it please I gave you all my money and trust in you hope you forfill you promise Im very worried and you should agree when you pay this much money you should not have to drive a run down car . please fix my car right. To all new customers lesson I have to learn the hard way for trusting someone. Ask for car fax .check reviews and most of all check with B.B.B. dont make my mistake.
