I would have to say that this is the best car lot that I have been to by far!!! My husband and i purchased a car that was brought down to a reasonable price at first from the condition. After we had the landrover for a couple of weeks we started to have tons of issues with the gas vales and water pump and every week we were putting in some work for something else. The owner Alex was so kind to let us go behind a payment since we were spending so much money to fix the landrover. By some stroke of bad luck it got towed and was basically a loss since it wasnt a running car. The owner Alex did keep in contact every step of the way to let us know what was going to happen. My husband and i were upset and frustrated due to most car lots just taking the loss and still have the customer pay but Alex stands by his business because he helped us get into a newer car and worked with us all steps of the way!! Alex and his business is truly a one in a million in this field. As well as Ms. Bernadette she was so welcoming to my daughter and fed her all kinds of good stuff. This is definitely the place to come to shop for a good car as well as good service and to be welcomed like family! We will be coming here for the next cars in our near future! Hid a huge dent the car had on its body (ENTIRE door) from their advertisements, Once asking to drive the vehicle was difficult stating we needed to have someone ride with us, and would not let me take the car to be evaluated by my mechanic. I have been looking for a new vehicle for three weeks straight and not once has anyone told me I cant drive the car without a chaperone or not have the vehicle evaluated by a mechanic because of "Insurance" policies. I am with my mother, who has health issues, Its not like I was going to be racing the car when I was going to take the car on the road, nor with the traffic would that option arise in that area. Felt like he wasnt trying to get a sale just cause issues, the battery was dead when we tried to turn on the car, the battery was only 6 months old, so it seems it was just sitting there in their lot for quite some time. Do not waist your time here. Go somewhere else, where they are sure of their product they will let it be cross evaluated by a industry professional.

My wife and I traveled from Colorado Springs to find better selection and pricing. We found both and a Nations Auto dealer and Staff that treated us like friends and future customers. The auto we selected is in excellent condition. Just what we were looking for at a price we could not find anywhere else! Two cars down on the lot was another car we wanted dearly for my business...however reality overcame us and we decided to buy just one...hoping to find another car here at Nations Auto soon. All client at Nations Auto on Alameda are honorable and no high pressure! We feel like friends...not like negotiating competitors! Purchased a used vehicle from Alex at this location. He and his assistant Bernadette were very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Alex is definitely not your average car salesman, at no point did he pressure me or make me feel hurried to close a deal. Very honest team, would do business with again.... it might be a while though because the vehicle he sold me is running fantastic. I was so pleased with the service that I received, that I brought a family member back the following week. He ended up purchasing a vehicle as well. Wish I could give 0 star, this place is the WORST car dealer in Denver not only was the car totally messed up and in need of serious repairs, they lied and said the car was in perfect condition.. Then this retarded dude named Alex had my car repod last night without any warning, nope he called my moms work then some cop came to my house at 7:30pm , and the guy said they had no record of payment!!! So they want us to drive 200 miles to denver to get my car back. Umm alex you owe me like $2000 bucks buddy since thats what ive sent you since 2013 and you gladly took my money..And I just got my tags renewed so add $80 on that! And I have bank statements see you in court slime ball!!!

Alex has always been very reasonable to deal with and I recommend all my friends and family here. They were willing to work with our situation in 2014 when we needed a car badly. We had bought a PT Cruiser and drove that nearly a year, when we wanted to trade it in for something else and more economical Alex was willing to trade it towards a Honda Accord in phenomenal mechanical shape. He had the best Customer Service and it was the easiest finance process compared to all other places. Place is a rip off they are ready to take your money and sell you a broken car saying its low on fuel go get it looked at and I had misfires like crazy I take the vehicle back and they keep my down there is going to be an investigation opened up on them.
