I wish I could leave a point of a star because they were super nice when I walked in to buy my Mercedes Benz. I left feeling confident I bought a decent car for a good price from both Paul(salesman) and the owner. Not even a day later and its thrown a check engine code for a transmission problem. I went back to the dealership to try and resolve this however they offered me $2000 less than what I paid (mind you I bought it two weeks prior) and a $2900 trade in towards another car off the lot which none of the cars appeal to me okay so I leave and come back the next day to collect on that $2500.00 that PAUL said we can work back but come to find out they wont even accept my car A DAY LATER. Not only do I have a check engine light code for my Mercedes, but the brakes are malfunctioning, the door panel is coming off. Okay so point being I had to leave without the money promised the day prior and also they shooed me out of theyre crappy little shop and then decided to get in my face and proceed to try and get aggressive so heres what I think honestly DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEY ARE NOT HUMBLE PEOPLE LIKE THEY LIKE TO PUT ON AS A FRONT SO BUYER PLEASE BE WARE AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR PASS ON THE AUTO SHERIFF AND GO WITH SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES. :) I give it one star because rude people and they will hoodwink you so stay the f away. Thanks

My husband and I bought a 2005 XC90 at half of the KBB value with "nothing wrong" with the car. Two months later and it doesnt run. I called Enrique the manager and he told me his friend would fix it for $1200 ($3500 less than I was quoted by our mechanic). I just wanted our money back (we paid $4000 cash thinking it was a "safe, reliable car" for our new baby to be driven around in). Enrique told me to call volvo directly where it had been serviced in the past. Eventually he called me an idiot and hung up on me saying its not his problem anymore. Volvo informed me that the record showed there were over $10,000 in previously noted problems and only offered me $500 to scrap the car completely. The Auto Sheriff is crooked and immoral. I dont know how the owner sleeps at night knowing what hes done to my family (other than on the $100 bills we gave him). Like all car dealerships there are going to be good cars on the lot but other dealerships wont sell you a car knowing its a time bomb like they did. Do not buy from here. Had we dont the research and read up on this dealership and its staff, we never would have bought from him. Now taking public transit with my 6 month old because we sunk our savings into an oversized paper weight. Exploring legal channels.

I took my perfectly running vehicle in for a trade. They were selling a car with only 20,000 less miles than mine. So getting into another payment wasnt my intent so having to fix so many things on a car that I am paying for was on the highest level of frustration. Heater/ac didnt work, transmission was leaking, engine oil pan was leaking they said they would fix it and havent heard from them sense except to collect the down payment. But the situation turned positive when I finally got in touch with the boss of the place. He listened to the problems I was having with my vehicle. He understood my situation and the $400 that I owed he took care of it for me after knowing how much money I have been spending to fix it. Im one to never write reviews but I didnt have the best impression of this place until I got in contact with the boss. I feel bad for the frustration that was put on a previous review but it was handled professionally and I would recommend doing business with The Auto Sheriff and talk to the boss if you have any concerns. I am not saying that they will just give you your money for some nonsense reason, Im saying they will work with you and find a solution instead of throwing you to the wolves.

Hi, I own an auto repair shop, Auto Sheriff, has a 2000 Toyota Avalon on their lot right now, its white in color, it has 90,000 Mi on it, and is was IN A FIRE. This vehicle has been into my shop (3) separate times, from (3) different individuals who were interested in purchasing it. All three times, we have notified the potential buyer that the vehicle was in a fire, has fire damage, has insurance history claims, and is not fit to be driven, let alone sold legally in the United States of America. We have called Auto Sheriff, all three times, and we have sent written notice that the vehicle is not safe, and can not be legally sold without disclosing this information. The only response from "Auto Sheriff" we have gotten is this: "Get off your high horse and let us do our work, we dont tell you how to work, theres no CarFax therefor theres nothing wrong!" This is a lie, the vehicle IS DANGEROUS. We have called the NHSTA and reported the VIN # as being used in a potential fraud. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF YOUR LOVED ONES WILL BE IN JEOPARDY.

This was the crappiest experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I bought a Lexus LS400 from them that was rigged to work for a few months and was ridiculously over priced for the hunk of junk that it was! I eventually ended up selling it because the front wheel on the right passenger popped right off of the axle when my husband pulled into a gas station one night. That was the last straw. Do not spend your hard earned money here. Otherwise, you will most likely end up as angry as I was. If I could give zero stars, thats what these crooks would get!!!

I live in the same neighborhood and they definitely have the best inventory in this area- lots better than best car buys. So after driving by their lot so many times I noticed that they always have new cars and SUVs. The service was really good and they dont rush you into a sale. My only issue was that they dont have any mechanics at the dealership so they let me take the car to get inspected with no problem. The best part was that they got me financed with not so good credit and helped me out so I would like to help them with a good review. Thanks

Bought two cars from them one out right and one leased after just a few months both cars are broken down. Our leased vehicle has been in a out of the shop from breaking down since we bought it in December. There cars are crap. They fix them to run a few months thank they breakdown. I have had 2 different mechanics say that they fix them to work so they can sell them but they have more issues that they dont tell you about. Auto sheriff is a bad name they need to rename it auto crook.
