Five stars are not enough to express how I feel about my experiences with PAB. I have bought, sold and leased a car using this fantastic service. If you have not used an auto broker before there are so many benefits and if you are considering this alternative to the conventional dealership you should use Isaac Bouchard and PAB. Firstly you will have access to Isaacs encyclopedic knowledge of cars and the auto industry, this man is car crazy and he will find the right car for your needs and your financial situation. Secondly he does all the legwork for you, you tell him what you want from a vehicle, sunroof, leather seats, color and he goes off and finds it for you. Thirdly he keeps you informed every step of the way through your buying experience. He answers every question and concern promptly,ensuring you are always in the loop. So if you are looking for a Jag or a minivan, a first car for your teen or considering leasing give Isaac a call at PAB - you will not be disaapointed

Too bad I cant leave more than 5 stars. I first went to a dealership a few miles down the road, and drove the same 2007 nissan. The first car I drove was terrible, dirty and they didnt even inspect it prior to putting it on the lot andhe tried to sell me that lemon. At PAB, the the car WAS perfect. It drove like an almost new model. Easaya ( pretty sure thats not how you spell it) was so informative and helpful. He even filled up our tank before we picked it up. I did months of car shopping before I finally decided on a year and model, and this guy didnt hassle me or didnt appear dishonest in any way. I felt comfortable and assured the moment we shook hands. They also try to find a vehicle at auctions that matches your your needs if you dont find something on their lot. They do not advertise and have business only by word of mouth so go, support these guys. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have recently purchased a new car using Preferred Auto Brokers. Our past experiences with purchasing a new car the “traditional way” via working with a dealer has typically been contentious, argumentative, stressful, and generally a negative experience. However, Isaac Bouchard – with Preferred Auto Brokers- guided us through the buying experience in such a way the entire process was positive, informative, and very pleasant. All of our contact was with our personal Preferred Auto Broker. He provided the cars we wanted to consider and shared comparative information about each car as we test drove them. Once we had decide on the specific car we wanted, he negotiated the financing, the sale of our previous car, and final delivery (including completing the paperwork) of our new car. We highly recommend Preferred Auto Brokers when considering the purchase of a new car.

I had a horrible experience with Preferred Auto Brokers. I purchased a car in August and did not receive the title until a month later. They made an error on the title that rendered the car unable to be registered, and Barbara, the purported manager, was extremely rude on the phone and reluctant to correct the dealerships mistake. The delays incurred late fees in my home state, and the dealer tag ran out on the vehicle during the ordeal. I was left with a vehicle that I could not title or legally drive until my home state department of motor vehicles office explained over the phone to Preferred Auto Brokers how to fix the problem. I have bought about 10 cars over the years and this is by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. My advice is to avoid doing business with this dealer.

I was referred to Isaac at PAB from a co-worker, who has purchased several cars from him over the last 20 years. I can see why. The experience was painless, and dare I say, enjoyable. He took my wife and I around to multiple dealers on a Saturday, and we test drove everything we wanted to look at, without weasely salespeople pouncing on you the minute you step on the lot. Isaac had great insights into the different models and pros/cons of each, basically like a personal shopper. After a day of thinking it over, he found the exact car with the exact options we wanted, and got us a fair price, IMHO. Signing the papers took mere minutes. I would recommend the broker option to anyone looking for a car and does not want to deal with the haggling. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Worse than terrible!!! Id love to be seeing these crooked clowns in court. They said that they could bid on a vehicle that I wanted on an online auction site. It required a business license to submit a bid, and Preferred Auto Brokers said that they would do it for me with only a $400 deposit which would be returned if I was unsuccessful at winning. Great! No loss for trying, right? Well they didnt even have the courtesy to let me know that they didnt win (or place?) the bid. It took several calls to the auction site (CoPart) for that. Now they refuse to return my cash too. I know the way to the courthouse and how to file a claim. Maybe Ill see you there Preferred Auto Brokers! ....YOU ARE WORSE THAN TERRIBLE!!!! I recently bought my very first new car - in the past Ive always owned used cars and I was very nervous about the whole process of buying a brand new car. Isaac walked me through it step by step and instead of experiencing anxiety over the whole process I felt comfortable and very confident. He is extremely professional and the most knowledgeable "car guy" Ive ever met. Ive found that females arent always treated very respectfully in the car world, but with Isaac at my side I felt very much respected and appreciated. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical of the reviews on here. 4.6 stars for a used car dealer? Seemed crazy! After going there and purchasing a car I realized that the 4.6 should be 5! What an amazing place! Jay Cruz was our salesman and he was amazing. There was not even a hint of pushing. No trying to sell me a car I didnt want or trying to push me to buy the car in the moment! He was friendly, professional, and not a salesman! They gave me a full tank of gas (Who does that anymore), an emissions inspection certificate, and a certificate to get an alignment done. This was BY FAR, the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Nobody else even compares. 2008 Toyota Camry with 58k miles.

My girlfriend decided she wanted a used Toyota Tacoma and I referred her to David Taylor from preferred auto brokers. After evaluating her needs and budget he spent hours searching for the perfect vehicle. He was able to negotiate an unbelievable price on a brand new 2013 Tacoma for the price of a used 2010, additionally he was able to secure financing at %1.65 apr ( almost interest free for 60 mos) making the truck very affordable. When she woke up this morning she asked " what kind of mudflaps should I get? If you are looking for a hassle free car purchase I would highly recommend these guys, and Dave in particular, you dont here that very often when it comes to automobile purchases!
