One of the most unprofessional and unethical businesses I have encountered. Put a 4,000+ down payment for the vehicle in january. 3 months after the transmission went out. I contacted the dealer and was told not to worry about maintenance that they would take care of it. Under a 6 month warranty, a certain "individual" told me they would get it towed and take care of it at their cost. The car was not picked up for more than 3 weeks. I would call the dealer and would either get the voicemail or a, seemingly, clueless manager that didnt care. Finally, the car was delivered to the dealer (after I personally contacted the tow truck comp). Upon delivery, I called the manager to ensure that nothing was going to be at my expense and was promised that itll be taken care of and that they were very apologetic for the inconvenience. 1 week passes by so I call to get an update. I get the assistant and I am told that the manager was out of the office and that the message will be passed along. For 2 weeks of calling and not being able to reach the manager, I finally do. No progress on the car was made because "I need to sign a work order." So, I go ahead and sign the work order and specify, in writing, to not work on the vehicle without first notifying me of services rendered if it at my expense. 2 weeks pass and I find myself calling again and being guaranteed that it would be done over and over again, about 6 different times. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. More than a month passes by and the vehicle isnt done. I finally do get a call from a man I never met from the dealership telling me to come down that my car was done. I am in the office with him and another manager, but not the person I talked to throughout. I am then told that the car will also be needing a starter and that I owe 1600$ and will be charged storage fees until I pay the amount for maintenance. They were reluctant to work with me and wouldnt consider that I was given verbal promises and that they didnt notify me or give me an estimate of the repairs that I asked for on the work order I signed. For the better of everyone, this business shouldnt be open. Their vehicles arent worthy and their service is strikingly sickening. They are not to be trusted.

So i just payed off my car from Untied Automotive , my experience was great ! If your looking for a place to buy a car or your a first time buyer this is the place to go . I didnt feel like i was being rushed like at other dealerships i recently visited with prior to coming to Untied Automotive . they let me ask all my questions an let me take my time an made sure i understood every piece of info that i received . i walked out of there with a 2005 Mercury Monterrey for my family we needed something bigger cause at the time i was expecting our third child an that was something Norman knew we needed an how important it was to me an my family which made me feel even more relaxed about buying this car . me an my husband also had very low credit scores which some of u can relate to this issue we never thought that we had a chance but , that didnt stop Norman from trying his all to make it happen for us i feel he made a offer that suited our financial situation an made sure we could afford the payments which made me an my husband feel secure . As the months went buy i would say six months into it my husband lost his job so it set us back a little . we were so worried that they would take the car ! But no Tara who is the in charge of receiving payments an basically Normans right hand man was awesome she encouraged us an was so patient an respectful but still stern because she cared just like Norman . me an my husband got back on track all because we had that support from the team at Untied Automotive . when things got ruff they worked with us not against us . its been just a little over a year an me an my husband have finally paid off our mini van as of today ! I Have to admit I cant help but be sad a little because in away they became so important in our lives . Yes, i would go back an do business with Untied Automotive in my future , Yes i would recommend Untied Automotive to friends family an others , an have . To the whole team at Untied Automotive thank you for everything u did for me an my family , i wish you all the best !

Like I saw in another review, this place seems sweet, until you actually drive off the lot. They show you a CarFax that makes it seem like youre getting a deal, when they dont disclose any of the issues youre going to immediately encounter. I too was pressured into buying a car here, with them saying that if there did happen to be any problems they have cheaper repair people. I ask them about getting my catalytic converter replaced and they simply referred me to another mechanic, which they Googled while on the phone with me, with no reference or anything. Obviously I could have easily done that. Sure, I saw that my car would need new front tires. I bought the car in February so they covered up the fact that the A/C doesnt work and the only power window that does work properly is the drivers (making it very difficult for my dog in this terrible summer heat.) Even the moonroof has trouble closing. I had a transmission issue that I needed to have fixed a couple months after getting it, which cost a couple hundred dollars. Here we are, 6 months later and Im having to get the catalytic converter replaced, at the cost of $800, 1/4 the cost of the vehicle itself. Which I cant afford due to all of the previous repairs, so Im actually to the point where I might just have to let it go and hope it doesnt catch on fire, since apparently that can happen if this doesnt get fixed. Im more than frustrated with their promise of having discounted car repair to sell their vehicles, when they obviously do not. Do yourself a favor and dont get your car here unless you want to be swindled. They should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I set up a time to come see a car I was interested in. The man said they would have it ready for me as others were also interested in it. When I got there the car was still locked in the maze of cars and had no gas, the keys were MIA and there was no place to park the car I came in. Once the keys were available and they put gas in it, 20 mins later, I had to go as I had other appointments to keep. The salesman tried to get me to leave a Refundable deposit to hold the car for a test drive. The manager inside then took another 15 mins to pull up information and tell me the total price of the car and copied my license before asking me to sign a contract. I explained I was told simply to leave a minimal deposit for a hold to test drive. The manager then tried to get me to sign the contract and leave a check for the full amount with a $300 discount. I still had not driven the car! I repeated myself that the salesman said I could leave a Refundable deposit to hold it for a test drive. The manager said I dont know what he told you but the deposit is non-refundable and it would be to hold for purchase. I explained I would not purchase without test driving the car and he very rudely said well why dont you test drive it then? I explained I had places to be which is why I scheduled a time. The car was not ready and I was now late. I left and will not be returning! Very unprofessional and rude!
