Ive recently had a bad experience with a company, which more so made me mad over anything else. So Im gonna be that person that writes a bad review for all my friends and family to see. So this place, Super Auto Company off of Sheridan and Colfax screwed us over. My dad and I went in last night to see about getting me a newer car. My dad wanted to trade my car in for a few grand and put that towards the car he was going to get there. Told the salesmen and he approved. I got approved for a car and we went and looked and I picked one. It was a Buick. Well we ran all the numbers and whatnot. The bank wanted $1,500 down and I only had $500 cash right then and there. So we asked if it would be possible to pay $500 now and hold the car and sign an agreement and pay the rest in a couple weeks, as my dad had previously been told by them could happen. They said theyd need to ask their manager and see what he said about it because he usually likes more down. So he said we would sign all the papers and get everything ready so we could just take the car home tomorrow (tonight) without issue as long as the manager okayed it. He said hed take the car off the market. It was ours. He said hed text both my dad and I at 1:30 today with the answer. I waited until 3 and called and apparently the salesman was off today. He said hed try to reach him and have the salesman call me tomorrow if he couldnt reach him. Well my dad went in after work and found out they werent going to give us enough for the trade in and asked for the money we put down ($400) back and no deal. The guy told him no, that since he took the car off the market they had all rights to deny the "refund". Well my mom and dad went in there tonight to get that back because I didnt get to take the car home. I never even got to test drive it and the guy never got back to me on whether or not the manager okayed this plan. He acted condescending toward my mom and treated my dad like crap. But we got the money back. But if my mom had not gone in there, wed be out $400 for trying to buy a car from someone who just screwed us over. Thats all. Screw you Super Auto Company.

These people are good at advertising and they would not stand benhind their action. Bought a car with clean record according to Carfax and later found that the car has been in an accident thru Auto Check at Carmax. The vehicle is appraised at $4000 at Carmax, but the vehicle was sold at $19,500. Reported, but please stay away from these junkies. "25 years in business?" scam and lies thats how they survive. The title is still clean, but it has been poorly repaired and got a frame damage. This info had never been disclosed. If an accident happens in the future, lives will be lost. Be aware!

We recently purchased a beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 Limited from Super Auto. The selection of quality vehicles at this dealership is second to none in Denver. We test drove several trucks all of which were super clean, lots of features, had much more to offer than just entry level vehicles. We fell in love with the truck we purchased and then the sales process was super fast and easy. The staff at Super Auto were awesome to work with and the Owner is a really honest classy guy. The entire process was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We will never buy used vehicles anywhere else!

Rip OFF,beware. I went in letting them know what I CAN afford and what DP I had. They sat me in a 07 Nissan Versa, test drove it and everything. They gave me an estimated price and of down payment but couldnt tell me how much the car sold for. I wanted a Nissan altima and said I couldnt afford it, turns out when I was ready to do paper work EVERYTHING CHANGED I dealt with 3 salesmen and all told me different prices and stories. And they where asking for too much DP, maybe as much as the altima. BS, BS, BS!!! BEWARE.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would, our sales guy Cesar, the main manger and the finance manager bent over backwards for me. I explained my credit situation from the beginning and I didnt think I would even get the financing, but not only did they get me financing it was a really great interest rate, took the car of my dreams home, finally got my jeep wrangler! Definitely stop by and see Cesar you will not be disappointed, thank you Cesar and super auto!!

Dont bother calling! I have called three times for the price of a car-each time I was told they would call me back-always a different reason why they could not provide the price! And each time, no phone call back. I was asked if I would be paying in cash or financing, really they want to know how you are paying for a car when you dont even know what it cost - doesnt seem to trust worthy! I will not be calling, or purchasing a car from here!
