I bought an 04 Infiniti g35x from here a week ago. After checking the carfax I asked the salesman Fran if he knew of any damage on the vehicle to which he relplied "no do you want to see the carfax?" As I had just seen it I told him no thank you. I test drove the car and it seemed fine. Well a buddy of mine found a small ammount of rust on the rear quarter panel under the door where the car had been in an accident and a patch of rust on the drivers side front door that had been painted over to hide it. Seeing as how it had only been 4 days and I paid top dollar for the car, I trusted that I coud get some decent customer service even on an "As is" purchase. Seeing as how these guys claim to have worked hard to build a reputation for selling high quality used cars backed by extraordinary service, you would think they would not only be able to tell if a car had been repaired but would be honest about it and do their best to fix any issues that arise from those repairs. These guys did the exact opposite. They offered to fix the alignment which is also off. Fran told me he was tired of my whining and claimed if I didnt want anyone to know that i paid cash for the car that i had better rethink writing this review. In short, if these guys didnt know about the damage they have no business selling used cars to regular people. If they did know about the damage and lied, they have no business selling used cars at all. I would avoid this place at all cost. The total reairs are over 1500 dollars on this car and they wont even return my calls. I have to call them back. Some customer service!!!!!

DO NOT BUY from these guys! I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here a few months ago and all Ive had is problems! Every new problem is preceded by a "super shoddy temporary fix" that screams SCAM! Have your car throughly looked at before buying at Best Car Buys. You might be wondering why I didnt... Its because I was a repeat customer and my first car lasted 100k miles before any issues arose AKA I trusted them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Ive called them multiple times about the many different issues and they use the deer in headlights tactic... dont buy it! They know exactly what theyre doing i.e. slinging cars that are clearly lemons! Way to turn a great experience (my first vehicle) into an awful experience, Best Car Buys!

A great dealership. Todd and Fran run a very efficient operation and are very friendly. Not the kind of place where youre greeted with one hand in yours and the other in your back pocket. They make you feel very comfortable from the start. Great selections and very clean cars. NO high pressure here. Their cars are priced very reasonable and match (or beat) KBB and the NADA; not over-priced like all the other dealers at all They came recommended by a very trusted friend of mine who has known car business for 40 years and he gives them high marks. I like the fact that they also work with all of the major credit unions.

Looking for an enjoyable car buying experience? Visit Best Car Buys III! Ill admit it, I was skeptical about visiting a small used car dealer. However, I was pleasantly surprised! They had the best prices in town on the car we were looking for. Best of all they were honest, friendly, laid back, fair, and nice to work with. Dont see what youre looking for in their inventory? Todd mentioned that he goes to auctions every week. So hes able to get what youre looking for. I highly recommend these guys! Best place to buy a car in the Denver Metro Area!

Attempted to buy a BMW here from out of state. Was refused a $1,000 deposit as a reservation & was told, "We will not hold a car for anyone. Whoever gets here first with cash/method of payment, gets the car." Had a local buddy of mine go on a test drive with the cash asking price on his person. Upon arrival back at the dealership after a 5-6 minute drive he was told, "The car was sold while you were on the test drive. Please exit the vehicle as it is no longer for sale." Wasted 2 hours of vehicle service record research. Total JOKE of an "Auto Dealer".

Before you buy it, take it to your mechanic. These guys are the quintessential "used car guys". Within two weeks of my purchase the blower went out out on my cooling fan. I called and talked to Fran who said hed need to talk to the boss and would get back to me the next day. After not hearing from him for 8 days I went onto the lot and Fran said he talked to the boss and there was nothing they could do. Ill never buy from them again and suggest you shop carefully if you do.

Was just here last week and the min we got there we were greeted with "were about to close" the entire time the guy kept mentioning they were about to close and was just worried about getting off work. We were told we would have to pay the taxes on the vehicle as a down payment...about $500. Why do all ur commercials says .99 down?? Never will come back.
