In the market for a particular vehicle model and trim. The first conversation I had was with Floyd, I expressed my concerns and he was uncooperative and you can tell he was looking a quick sell. He was way to eager to get off the phone. After thinking about the car I called back and wanted to see the vehicle. I was intending on getting the vehicle looked at with my own mechanic. He informed me to find another employee because he would be out and upon arrival that employee wasnt even there. When I got there I quickly realized that the vehicle I was here to see was not even the right model. The sales rep I did speak to said there is an internet gliche with the 3rd party site. I dont buy it because their website even states the wrong model. Along with the description was about the wrong model. Thanks for wasting my time having to drive 45 mins to see the wrong model and not even mentioning that to me over the phone at the beginning. Floyd is obviously your typical sales rep looking for a quick sale.

Hertz as a company is easy to buy from. Let us have a 3rd party mechanic look at the car and very upfront with cost. Floyd is great to work with. Very communicative, attentive, and patient with children. Closing sales could put some pep in their step. After we got approved, it still took 1.5 hours to get out of the building- even after I told them I was running late and my two year old was going insane. When trying to get me to buy an expensive warranty maybe not insult my mechanic or the car I am about to buy by saying "Well what if the car isnt in good shape and your mechanic only said that to make more money."

Went to look at a vehicle early afternoon (no other customers were there) the salesman greeted me with "Yeah?", to which I told him why I was there. He opened the key box and grabbed two keys, walked outside, held the keys up in the air and hit the unlock buttons. The cars beeped, he pointed and said "They are back there, you can go look at them" and went back inside. He never once came out to see if I had any questions. The vehicles we in rough shape, pitted hoods/bumpers (from rocks), paints were in terrible shape, they looked pretty ragged. I guess thats why they are selling them so cheap.

I had a great experience here. I did a rent2buy contract. Allen on the rental side, Raul and Mike on the sales side made the whole process extremely easy. I picked out my test rental online, and they had reserved, and detailed for me at the Broadway location. After I chose to buy the car, I made an appointment with Raul, and the deal was handled very smoothly. I was on my way home with my new car in about half an hour. Mike answered all of my financial and DMV questions. I would definitely buy another car here.

Amazing experience, especially as a first time buyer. Our salesman Ray was amazing to work with and helped us every step of the process. Dealing with finance was such a breath of fresh air. Never once did I feel like they were pushing something on me that I did not want. Hopefully I wont need a car for a while, but I now know where to look.

This was my only car buying experience, but the guys and gals at hertz made it easy, comprehensive and enjoyable. My salesman Ray took a lot of time to walk me through the process, and allowed me to get a true feel for the cars I was considering. If youre looking for a used car, I dont know why you would look anywhere else.

Astonishingly bad customer service. Beside that, the nickel and diming is brutal. Go to Be, its at least easier and faster to rent. Hertz makes you feel like you are asking to borrow your parents car for the weekend.
