I’m writing this review because I now feel very passionate about this dealership. I’ve purchased one vehicle from them. I needed another vehicle for business reasons. I went and test drove a vehicle that I felt was perfect. Just as the last time, Ahsan and the entire department treated me with respect and everything they did was truly professional. After getting the approval, I was very happy. I left, and then the very next day I had received some bad information about the work that I was in, that the vehicle would not qualify. This was truly devastating news for me, because I was so intently looking forward in expanding and doing something good for myself as a small business owner. The feelings I went through, and the gut wrenching was so horrible, I honestly felt like the world came crashing down around me. I couldn’t sleep or eat. I went back the day after, and met up with Ahsan that next morning. I explained to him the situation. Again, he treated me with respect and seemed to truly care about what had happened. He calmed me down, and mentioned he would look into this. Granted, every situation is done on a case by case basis, but I feel that this is so important for anyone that wants to purchase a car from them, that this is by far the best used dealership that I have ever dealt with. They were able to take the vehicle back, and that literally saved my life. I had no idea how or what I was going to do, and in a world like we are having today, all I could do was pray and just wait. My prayers were answered and since then, my faith has truly been restored, and I will always be so thankful to them. Not only have they treated me with respect, caring and understanding, but when they say that they are happy that you are a part of their Royal Automotive family, they truly mean it and will do whatever they can for you, to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. I served in the US Army, and I can tell you, that being a part of such an awesome organization, truly made me feel that doing so, was worth it for business’s such as Royal Automotive. I am and will always be so grateful and so very appreciative because I know that they didn’t have to do anything, but yet they did, and they truly are so much more than any dealership that is out there. Any individual or business that is wondering if they should purchase from them, you truly should, they will bend over backwards for you and your business needs. Thank you so much from my heart, and from my family, we truly thank you for being true and honest in everything that you have done and continue to do!

It was horrible, they acted all nice at first and then when something started going wrong with the car after less then two weeks of having it they refused to fix it..It was brought back to them the Mon after I had bought it that Sat and they kept it for an entire week so I couldnt return it, when I picked it up and drove it for a couple of days to see if everything had been fixed and discovered that it was still messing up they refused to fix it and proceeded to argue with me and try to talk down to me like I didnt know what I was talking about when I tried to tell them that the car still was not properly running correctly..Exactly a month later as I was going to work the car would drive I kept pushing on the gas pedal and it would go any faster I decided not to get on the highway and pulled over only to notice smoke coming out of the car, I turned around to go back home and right before I turned to go in my complex the tire came off and went rolling into the apartment parking lot, I pulled over and got out to discover that the entire Brake Calibur had fallen off in the street. Royal Automtive was the last one to touch my brakes when they had it in the shop after I purchased the car..I called them and they came and had it towed Mon evening and after having it for less then 48 hrs called me on Wed and told me it was fixed when I picked it up and started to drive it, I discovered it still was not driving, I was having to push the brake pedal all the way down to the floor for the car to stop. I ended up taking it to another automtive place the next day for them to inspect it only for them to tell me that the brakes were still not fixed correctly and that I was doomed for the same thing that the car was just fixed for to have happen all over again. Who ever Royal Automotive have fix on my car did not put in new hoses or I guess they called them washers they had just put the old ones back on the brakes so the other Automotive place had to drain the brake fluid and put new washers in and put new brake fluid in, when I picked up the car I called Royal Automotive and told them what had happened and told them they needed to pay for this repair and once again they proceed to agrue with me and tell me that they werent paying for nothing else to be fixed on my car.. I would not recommend anyone to go to them to buy a car after the terrible experience I have had with this company. I have pictures and paper work to back up everything I am saying...

As a first time car buyer, buying a car last week at Royal Automotive i must say i give this place FIVE STARS. I went in there about a week ago with a $3,000 Down Payment looking for a car in the $6,000-$7,000 price range. After looking at the cars that were in my price range, i was looking to at this red Pontiac for 7,500 i took it on a test drive and it was good i liked it and it was clean and comfortable but i wasnt really feeling the sex appeal of the Pontiac. Not that it was dirty because it was very clean and looked like they took good car of it but idk i think it was just the body the grill. So anyway THE AMAZING lady that works there was understanding and knew that i wanted a GREAT CAR MECHANICALLY with sex appeal so she mentioned this 2011 Volkswagen Passat that was GREAT MECHANICALLY with only 53,000 miles on it and it definitely had the sex appeal to it that i was looking for. it was a little higher then i wanted to pay for at 10,000 but i felt that this was a GREAT DEAL and i wasnt going to come across a really nice car with only 53,000 miles on it. So thats what i ended up getting. Also during the registration process with the insurance company i was $100 Short and Royal Automotive fronted me the $100 so i can get the heck out of there with the car that i wanted. i went in and payed them that $100 yesterday and thanked them again for everything they did for me. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE with cool sales people and a chill atmosphere and they are willing to help you out. I definitely would recommend anyone from first time buy to finding your dream car to at least stop by and just check them out it will be worth the 30min PS if this review points you into the direction of getting a car from them, tell them Jamal sent you so they could help me with the $200 credit towards paying of my car that would be really cool of you.
