I am a disabled vet, I served in three tours and was told that this company would take care of me as they put alot into taking care of soldiers. I bought a truck from 903 S. 8th St Colorado Springs, CO 80905 , my dealer was Sam. I got the truck fine and everything was good. I was even asked to please write a good response on google. I love the truck I had got but it had one problem the dashboard was destroyed by the last owner. Not a big deal since when I bought the truck I was told by my dealer not to worry they would replace it and give me a new dashboard if I bought the truck. It has now been 6 months. When I try and call about my dashboard I was told by Sam that if I keep calling he would consider it harassment and not send me a dash board . I think after waiting 6 months I have every right to call. I have asked to speak to a manager from this location on many times and have never got a reply. This is without a doubt the worst time I have ever had with buying a truck, after you sign the papers it seams they no longer care and have no obligation to help you, even breaking there word. It makes me further upset how I was told over and over not to worry we take care of our vets but again 6 months later I sit her with a destroyed dashboard that I have to look at and no response. Lets not talk about the fact that a radio that does not work was thrown in that I had to pay 200 dolars to fix or the fact that since I moved to Florida and found out the A/C to shot and I will have to pay close to 600 to fix even though I was told the truck had A/C. I dont even care about these issues, I only wish they keep there word and fix the dashboard. So much for keeping there word to vets. I hope that the other Lakeside places are better but you should avoid 903 S. 8th St Colorado Springs, CO 80905

Just to begin with the people here where friendly and helpful as soon as i walked up and all through my buying experience. A came to Lakeside to look at a jeep which turned ou to be a abit to week engined for me. After leavin disspaointed Tye the salesman I worked with called me to tell me they had gotten a bmw that fit my price range. So i went back in and they told me it was currently out being detailed but they be more then happy to drive me to where it was so i could see it. I agreed and was driven out to see it and another bmw while neither fit the bill( Keeping in mind i am rediculously picky when it comes to if i like a car or not) i spotted a Mitsubishi Montaro sport in the corner at their motor coty location i asked Tye anout it and he grabbed the keys no nonsense and when i said i liked it brought it to the lot nearer to me so i could look into it further. After driving i mentioned that he brakes squeaked and right away they agreed to fix it no further cost. And after all this and other little irritations they went threw to get me this vehicle They got me an excellent financed loan. In closing. Love the car. Go here if you are looking for a team that will work hard for you not against you.

They lie from the beginning. I went to every lakeside in colorado springs spent 6 days finding the right car. Got pre-approved was told yes i will be able to get a car 99% certain was given a proce range. Found a car gave a deposit to hold it this was on a Thursday they said i would hear back friday Friday came was told saturday sayurday came was told monday. Monday came nothing Wednesday tgey said for sure i would hear thursday. Tbursday came i was told you cant have the car you want find another one then the salesman Frank refused to answer his phone. I found a car at the 8th street location did another app it came back immediately they wanted a rexiculous down payment and was told they knew for several days they conditions but they didnt tell me. They lied from the beginning still havent gotten my deposit back and i dont have a car. Every car i drove had major issues. Dan tbe finance manager is a joke and ty is a liar. Frank is very unknowleable cowardly and slow. Mark at the 8th street store is a liar and peter and tbe gang at the Tejon store cover thier backs. The better business Bureau needs to shut them down. Poor custoner service and vwry poor vehicles. Dont go there!

Mr. Don Sack, I just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work this weekend! Also thank you for understanding and being so patient with me and million dumb questions! Above and beyond both professional and personal with me and my family, making us feeling comfortable and heard, that is rare. A couple of high notes: Thank you for coming with us to get our new truck pre inspected, you showed us that you had nothing to hide and was upfront and honest about everything you were telling us about the truck, you walked the walk! (truck was in tip top shape.) "Grandpa Don", Thank you for giving my 4 year old daughter free control of your cell phone, pictures and videos. That was certainly not expected nor required to sell a truck. Laughing and playing with with her and reminiscing of your own family and grandchildren. (Proud Grandpa). Once again, above and beyond, thank you! Over all, great experience and no pressure or gimmicks. Don sack is a hard worker and proud family man. (wouldnt put you in something that he wouldnt put his family in.) I suggest asking for Don, he will take great care of you. Thanks from the Kluges!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a mustang from them that was " safety inspected" by their mechanic and passed, later found out they had NO mechanic cause he quit 2 days prior. Drove it off the lot and noticed some issues I didnt notice on the test drive. Took it to a mechanic and it turns out it had a bent rim, bent axle shaft, ruined panhard bar, exhaust was run under the rear axle, and it needed new spark plugs, the oil filter was literally black it hadnt been changed in so long, and radiator hoses needed replacing. Not to mention it was supposed to have premium sound with subs and a remote, which the remote wasnt even for my radio and the subs and premium speakers were missing. The salesman James constantly told us hed handle things then blow us off, so when I went to management all they did was look at me and ask " how do we know you didnt cause those problems? "

Absolutely horrible place. Every car I got into was falling apart . And the salesman specifically told me they work with people who have recently filed for bankruptcy. I was very specific and detailed about my situation and was told they would not send my info to multiple banks. Just one . In return I was sent to about 6 different banks ALL DENIED bc of BANKRUPTCY which is what I specifically asked about when I walked in. They were all kinds of helpful until I told them I wanted my 500$ back I put down on a vehicle to THINK ABOUT and wanted to wait and make a better financial decision for ME. As soon as they knew they werent getting my business I had no returned calls in regards to my 500$ and no more service. They ran my credit to several banks after telling me they wouldnt. KNOWING I was trying to rebuild my credit. The manager had nothing to say. CROOKS & LIARS.
