Worst experience of my life. Brought the truck back after 24 hours of owning it and found numerous things wrong that could have cost me my life. The rear caliper was holding on by a single hand twisted bolt and every bolt you could imagine on that truck was loose. So I talked to the owner, which if youd like someone to discriminate against you for being a "millennial" then this is definitely the place to go. Every time I tried to return the owners call id get a text message saying "can i call you later?" No, I dont think so. Extremely unprofessional. I have never felt so degraded or disrespected before in my entire life for being a young adult. All in all, for 3 days they held my truck...and all they did was fix my rear brake pads for $50. I could have done that! The horn (still illegal to drive with it not working) was refused to be fixed and by sheer luck, got the whole thing recorded. So unless youd like to spend money on fixing your "new" vehicles and buying a lawyer, definitely #1 recommendation here.

Allen at the Castle Rock location provided an experience that was nothing short of how everyone would want car purchasing to go. He was beyond friendly, even remembering who I was from stopping in 3 weeks prior and only chatting for a few min. He went above and beyond to get me the best financing possible. The reason Im giving this a 4 has nothing to do with Allen, but in reference to the vehicle. The coolant reservoir was bone dry as the bypass hose had a leak in it. No idea as to how long the vehicle was driven with such low coolant, however I was assured that the previous owner took care of everything. Also while at the dealer, they felt the need to remove the nerf bars that were originally in the pictures. Lastly, they removed the main 50amp fuse therefore the power locks, seats, mirrors, radio, and courtesy lights did not work. Obviously it was a simple fix for me (once I found it), but just odd.

Recently Bought a Dodge Pickup at Berkenkotter. The sales process went great, during which they not only let me take it on multiple test drives, use it for an afternoon, but offered it to me for a whole weekend before I had made a decision. But thats not the half of it. Three days after I took ownership, I was told my tail lights were out. Replaced the fuse, nothing happened. Had a local shop take a look at it, and they gave me an estimate of close to $700 to fix a fuse box and module. I was a little upset, called the dealership, and to make a long story short...they took care of it totally, and gave me a loaner truck for 3 days while they did it. Never have I had a dealership do something like that for me in buying a used truck or car. Dan, BJ, and Glen....You guys rock, and so does your dealership!!! I will buy my next truck from them and recommend them highly

My husband and I had our eye on a truck in their lot and went in with low expectations and left with the truck and so happy with the service we received!! We were not low balled, we were not pressured we were able to walk around with no hassles, salesman were very kind and friendly answered all of our questions and we just couldnt be more thrilled. Definitely a hometown feel at this location! loved it! we will be back and recommend completely! thanks so much again!! :)

I think they have either moved or have another location by Jack in the Box. Pulled my 2001 civic up after barely making it off the highway. They diagnosed and had it fixed the very next day. Nice place, service manager was very friendly. As far as I can tell, excellent overall service.

This is the best place to purchase a vehicle in Colorado Dan has so much integrity we were floored by his honesty!! Steve was so helpful when actually making the purchase making sure the vehicle was perfect when we came to pick it up . Amazing staff amazing vehicles !!!
