DO NOT buy a car from this dealer. When I first came to cherry creek automotive I was very excited to buy my car, everyone was super nice and very helpful. Unfortunately when I bought the car I was PROMISED AND SIGNED FOR some work that needed to be done on my car. New tires, new struts, an alignment, etc. I started having issues with my car about 6 months after having it. I took it into a reputable mechanic and shop and was told that NONE of that work was done to it. I called the shop where the work was done, B&P automotive who told me they only completed some of the work I was promised since they dont have an alignment rack or some of the equipment they needed to finish the job. Cherry creek automotive didnt take it to any other shop to finish the work. B&P automotive than told me they would put new struts on my car since the were under warranty. Turns out all they did was clean them up, not replace them. This place is a scam and I am very dissipointed in the lack of professionalism all around and and very upset that a business owner can allow this. Ive now put over 1000$ into my car for work that needed to be done and should have been done with what I paid for in the purchase. Save your money, shop somewhere else.

2014 Acura TL: Saw the car I wanted online. Called and talked to Karl who is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Went down to see the car and had a great experience. Talk to the owner Justin and worked out a deal to fix curb rash on the rims and a nasty scrape on the front valance if I bought the car. Bought the car. Worked with Brandon and Karl on the paperwork side of things. Both of these guys are extremely helpful and all-around nice guys. I took my new car home and they let me leave my car in their parking lot for two days without any problems while they set up the repairs for the Acura that I had bought from them. When I took the Acura back to them for them to take it for the repairs, I was leery at first that the repairs would not be performed to my satisfaction. I got the car back in a day and a half which was unexpected. The rims were repaired perfectly and the front valance looks like it never happened. These guys over delivered and this was all a round a great experience. I got a nice car that I wanted at a fair price and all the work was done perfectly. These guys accommodated my every need.

I just bought a 2009 Honda CR-V from Chad at Cherry Creek Auto. I truly enjoyed my experience trading in my car for a car from their lot. We worked with Chad over two days, and he was very responsive to the questions that came up through the process. He recommended the car he thought best fit our needs, and didnt waiver from his recommendation when we waivered about purchasing that particular vehicle. He was patient and worked VERY quickly when we needed him to. Had we been ready to purchase on a quicker timeline, he couldve had us in and out in an hour. I also received a very fair price for the car I traded in - as much as I wouldve hoped to get had I sold it on my own. I was thrilled with the number they offered. Regarding the lot overall, they had a great selection, the offices were clean and comfortable and well-stocked with water, coffee, & soda. Everyone there was very friendly. I really enjoyed that we were able to work with JUST Chad throughout the entire process, rather than the dealer, then the banker, then the person to sign all paperwork. Made it feel like a much more honest process.

My husband went to Cherry Creek Automotive in search of a new vehicle. After finding a vehicle he headed home to wait for the loan approval. Brendan told my husband that hed call as soon as a loan came through seeing as we didnt want to hang out at the dealership all day. A couple hours later, Brendan called my husband and told him to head over. We head back over from our home in Wheat Ridge and low and behold, we end up waiting for another hour... the whole time staff is reassuring us it will only be a few more minutes. Finally Brendan breaks the news that the loan didnt get approved!!! Seriously guys... customer service is key in making sales. Being upfront and honest with your customers is a necessity. Your business lacks professionalism. Not only have you lost a sale but now you also have one more negative review.

Everyone at Cherry Creek Automotive is fantastic! From the moment you step foot on the lot, you are treated like a member of the family. Chad and Justin are fabulous! They are so personable and knowledgeable in every aspect of the process from start to finish. It was fast, easy and FUN! It didn’t feel like I was buying a car at all, but more just chatting with friends! They made the whole process comfortable and worked with me on a payment that I was satisfied with. Chad explained everything in terms I understood. I was so fortunate to be able to find a place that was able and willing to work with my particular situation. Even after I have purchased my new car, they called check on me and see how everything is going. I have a car dealership for life!

Initially I was concerned because its a used car dealership, and theres enough stigma about those kinds of businesses. But after reading several online reviews and seeing theyre rated well by BBB, I went on in, and ended up getting a really great deal on a Subaru. The guys working there are very helpful and friendly, especially Brandon, whom I worked with. Brandon showed me several cars in my price point and offered honest recommendations that would work best for me rather than what would earn him the most commission. So far Im really, really happy with my car, and I was very happy with the service I received both times I walked onto the lot.

It was a great pleasure to work with the guys at cherry creek automotive. Justin and Karl helped me sell a jeep and were very professional throughout the process. They treated me an offer that was fair and never pushed me into trading or buying a car from them in order to buy the jeep from me. Because of the way I was treated I will definitely purchase a car through them soon. They will work with any client and help you find whatever car you are looking for in case they dont have it in stock. Ive been referred to cherry creek from a friend and I will refer friends to them as well.

2008 RAV4 Sport - What a service, and fantastic cars! Very customer oriented team, and most important very honest! Evin was our person, and hes been amazing, even now 5,5month after purchase I still hear from him as he follows up with his clients. Not to mention, that when the breaks were causing a little trouble a month after purchase, Evin immediately send the car to repair and breaks were fixed right away, at no cost. The whole team there is in general very friendly, and far from the horror stories you hear about used car dealerships. I can only recommend this place!
