Such a comfortable & trusting environment ... An intimate lot tucked away with zero intimidation & simply helpful, casual, no pressure conversation ... I knew I was in excellent hands with complete transparency & not a single hidden fee from the very beginning ... I had barely a flexible budget & was already looking at a vehicle with Street Smart Auto Brokers that was just above my high end ... & when Nate, Tim & Joseph knew what they had to work with ... they tackled their knowlege & customer service magic & the numbers fell into place ... Actually when I returned to sign paperwork Joseph had a huge surprise for me ... He was able to get my original finance rate cut in half ... WOW! ... Literally this car shopping experience was a dream & especially as a woman shopping by myself I felt safe & comfy as if my brothers were taking care of me ... From driving onto their lot in my car to leaving with an incredible deal in my new car ... the entire process was maybe an hour & a half ... & that includes casual off-topic chit chat ... Street Smart is a must bc they are in it for the smiles on faces like mine ... They have families & understand the potential pressure with car shopping ... The owner Mark clearly knows what it means to hire a staff of authentic & passionate people when so many dealerships are satisfied with complacency ... A team effort & relationship connection is their platform which they accomplished!

Car shopping is never a fun experience. Competitive sales people fighting among themselves attempting to take/steal any sale they can from one another; trying to persuade you to buy a different car even though you made it clear what exactly what youre looking for; and then even constantly calling or emailing you after clearly expressing no interest. Id rather spend a day at the DMV. But then I found Street Smart Auto Brokers and my perception on car shopping was forever changed. Everyone there works together as a team rather than working for themselves. It made the environment relaxed and pleasant. I did not feel rushed, pressured, or harassed in any way. I did end up buying a great car from them at a great price. They even contacted a local broker to get me a great price for the insurance for the car. The whole experience was awesome! I never thought that buying a car could be so much fun. If you are like me and hate car shopping I would recommend Street Smart Auto Brokers. Great deals, fun people, and the best experience I have ever had! Trust me, Ive purchased many cars and I highly recommend Street Smart Auto Brokers.

Not a good experience. The website listed numerous options on the vehicle such as cruise control, power windows and locks, tilt steering wheel, keyless entry, etc., essentially presenting it as a loaded model. I discussed the condition of the vehicle and preliminary price negotiation over the phone with a salesman before traveling five hours to their dealership. Upon my arrival I was informed that the salesman I had been speaking with was not in that day. Another fellow showed me the vehicle and I discovered that it had virtually none of the options listed on the website, it was a stripper. In addition it had a star crack in the windshield that they didnt want to discuss even though the original salesman had stressed what great condition it was in. They made no offer to correct the problem. adjust the price or explain the discrepancies between their internet description and the actual vehicle. I ended up having to rent a car to drive the five hours back home. Overall cost to me for what amounted to their false advertising was about $400.00 and a full day of my time. Live and learn.

I purchased a 2006 Tacoma from SSAB. Rory & team sure were a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and went out his way to prepare the vehicle and meet my requests . As I run a customer oriented business I am usually very critical of those who i purchase from. But Rory went beyond my expectations. Heres an example of Rorys extra efforts: he took the vehicle to the dealer for a recall service and i hadnt committed to purchase the vehicle yet . I wanted to bring the vehicle into my mechanic for a check up before i purchased but my schedule is very tight and my mechanic was in Pueblo, Rory drove the truck to my mechanic for me then he gave me a ride from Pueblo to back to Springs so i would have to make another trip and get a second vehicle back to Pueblo. Wow! I feel I got a very nice truck for very fair price. Make sure you check out SSAB before you buy your next vehicle and make sure to ask for Rory.

My car buying experience at Street Smart Auto Brokers was second to none! After shopping around for a truck at roughly ten different dealerships in a 100 mile radius across Colorado, I couldn’t seem to find the right vehicle, or for that matter, dealership that I was comfortable doing business with! When I came across Street Smart Auto Brokers, my hesitations were gone. I worked with their finance department to secure an interest rate that was half of what I was able to attain on my own, the staff was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had, and the entire process only took about an hour before I was able to drive off the lot in my new (used) truck! I would recommend Street Smart Auto Brokers to anyone and everyone looking for an honest used car dealership. The culture was very relaxed and the employees genuinely worked to fulfill my needs as a customer.

THIS IS A REAL CONSUMER NOT A WORKER OR FRIEND OF THE SALESMEN AT THIS DEALERSHIP.............DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! We have been looking for a car for 3 weeks, we called Street Smart Auto Brokers ready to buy a 2007 Honda Fit for sale. It was explained to us by Caleb that it was in the shop getting struts done. He assured us that as soon as it was out we would be the first to know. 4 days passed and still no call, we saw online that it had sold and we called to find out and it had been. Still no communication from Caleb. Worst place ever to do business.The worst part about it, is that the salesman on the phone that confirmed it had been sold did not have any concern at all for trying to help out a new customer that they had already wronged. Do not do business with this dealership, they do not deserve it.

The guys were so down to earth and helpful! They explained everything I needed to know and even offered the Carfax for me! I was so impressed with Rorys sense of professsionalism and he was so down to earth and on my level. I didnt feel rushed pressured or intimidated to buy and they worked wonders with me to get the car I wanted! The atmosphere was so relaxed and the inside office was emaculate. They all were kind straightforward and honest. Something you dont expect from a car dealership. Everyone that was there gave me a friendly hello and I got to drive off lot same day no hassle. I highly highly recommend anyone shopping for a new car to buy here. Youd be a full not too. If I could give ten stars I would. This is how car buying should be.
