Buyer beware, whether youre paying cash for a vehicle from these crooks or using thier "0% financing" buy here pay here service, these guys WILL (not might) RIP YOU OFF. I had purchased a 1995 Toyota Avalon, which during the test-drive seemed to drive OK, had a few minor issues that I could tell, but overall a decent vehicle. They forced me to use a credit/debit card for the down payment (they dont take checks... shady) and before I knew it were trying to tack on delivery and handling charges, a $1000 finance charge and plenty of other BS fees. When I refused to pay all of these fees, they simply wouldnt budge on them whatsoever. I should have walked out right then, but I was in a tired and defeated mood and stayed. The car, when delivered was disgusting, not even somewhat clean on the inside and the fuel light was on. After wasting $35 in gas to get it to a mechanic for a full check-out, the mechanic stopped while he was ahead at over $3000 worth of repairs that needed to be done to it, including all the seals and gaskets on the engine and transmission were leaking, the power steering pump and assemlage needed to be replaced, all of the engine mounts were worn and the oil packed rear engine mount was shot and leaking, the CV boots were torn, the rotors on the brakes were rusted through, the timing belt needed to be replaced, the alignment was off, and several other problems. Not to mention all of this and they stopped only half way through thier full inspection not wanting to charge for any more labor since the repair bill would have alreay been higher than what the value of the car was. When I took the car back they refused to refund my money at first, but after insistent arguing they finally agreed, but then tried to charge me $100 for the less than a day that I had the vehicle, charge me for milage used, take a large percentage of the down payment to cover thier "credit card processing fees", which arent even allowed under MasterCards or Visas merchant agreements and a slew of other bullshit. After 20 minutes of arguing they finally granted the refund without any fees or other bullshit, however I still lost $35 in gas and $50 for the 30 minutes my mechanic spent on the checkout. Overall an expensive lesson in common sense. I did, while I was there the first time take a few cars for a test-drive and look under the hood on several other vehicles they had. You can tell they do not clean the cars, they do not do any safety inspection, they dont even have a resident garage or mechanic like most small dealerships or buy here pay here lots. The salesmen and the owner, Sayed, dont have any knowledge about cars whatsoever. All they could keep saying was "Youre getting a good deal here buddy". What a sham. Almost every car I looked at had something leaking, the engine sounded like a lawnmower or the belts were obviously worn, most of the vehicles tires were past thier usefull life (especially in Colorado), the interiors were torn and disgusting. Any car you might buy from this place you should plan on $1000+ to fix the day after you drive it off the lot. If you buy a car from this place and you are insistent on buying a vehicle from them, you better be persistent at the point of sale to GET IN WRITING a 72 hour rescend right with NO Penalties if the car turns out to be a big pile of junk. They will not allow you to take it to a mechanic before buying it, which is also BS, so you better get that right to rescend without penalty before you sign the bill of sale.

This place basically sells older, dinged up cars to people who have no other options for credit. You wont find awesome new cars here, period. That being said, I have now purchased two cars from them, both of which are solid and running very well. The first was a Honda Accord which I drove for 2 years and then passed on to my roommate when his car died; that car has cost me a total of maybe $200 in maintenance in the past two years, for oil changes and a battery. It will need tires soon, but again, no big deal. I recently purchased an Acura RL from them, which I am getting back from the dealership tomorrow, this one is going to cost me just under $500 to have a few things fixed and the oil changed. Thats it. And this car is awesome, drives great, for the age and mileage it is in great shape, too. You can definitely get some solid cars here, you just have to be realistic and do your homework. Again, this is a buy here/pay here USED CAR DEALERSHIP. I dont know what people are expecting, but to be clear this is NOT a Mercedes Benz dealership. They dont clean the cars before they sell them to you, they just get them on the road and give you a guarantee that they will pass emissions. To the guy who purchased a 1995 Lexus and then returned it: you bought an 18 year old luxury car and were surprised that it needed a lot of work? Really? If you buy an 18 year old car, you dont expect to fix everything on it. You put as little $ into it as possible, and then drive it into the ground. You dont buy that old of a car and expect it to be perfect, and you sure as heck dont try to fix every little thing on it. Thats just basic used-car buying common sense. To the guy who bought a car with "bad tires, bad battery, bad alternator": you shouldnt be buying used cars. Period. Tires and battery are the two easiest things to check, which is what you should have done before you bought the car. Alternator is pretty easy to check, too. In fact, if you ever buy a used car again, make sure to bring someone with you who knows what they are doing, because you obviously dont. Look, I dont work for these guys, I am in no way affiliated with them, but they have always been super cool with me, and I have purchased two cars from them, both of which I am quite happy with. Bottom line, you wouldnt be buying a car from a place like this if you hadnt messed up your credit somehow, so be realistic, dont expect the world, and for gods sake, inspect the car thoroughly before you buy it. If you dont know anything about used car buying, bring a friend or a mechanic with you to look it over BEFORE you sign any paperwork.

To say that buying a car from Ariana Auto Sales is a horrible idea is an understatement. The most dishonest people I have ever had the displeasure of conducting business with own and operate this dealership. I bought a car from this dealer in February 2017. In May 2017, they had yet the transfer the title to my name. I had to get an extension on my temporary tags. Then the car was totaled in hail. They had the audacity to cop an attitude with GEICO, threaten to charge $10 in interest a day and were disrespectful. They lied and said they did not transfer the title because of the hail storm and the total loss claim. The hail storm took place MORE than two months after I bought the vehicle. They were attempting to pocket the entire settlement amount from GEICO because the title was still in their name. All of their lies were recorded. Do not buy a car from this dealer. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE ELSE... It is also not "interest free" as they claim. If you finance a car, they charge $1,000 regardless of the price of the car. Go elsewhere instead and get a loan through a credit union. You will save money, time and a headache. I intended to buy another car from this company once the settlement was reached; however, after their behavior on the phone with GEICO, I bought a car elsewhere.
