I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be helped and the employee in front of me facing me was just texting away and playing on his phone. He ignored the girl behind me when I was done as well. The 2 girls that work there are lovely and helpful, but this man was extremely rude. He made it seem like such a burden to help me and gave me attitude. I left and was offered 3x more than what he did for my game system at the pawn shop by subway which is good. But if I ever do decide to come back, Ill definitely accept assistance only from one of the 2 girls that work there because they always give me a pleasant experience and great customer service, which is the only reason why I give 1 star instead of 0. :(

Never had a problem, yes the girls are beautiful and Mike is Mike hes very direct and with dealing with people like this on a everyday someone in the store has to be a serious person weather we like the way he handles it is our business!!! I can say in the 6 years Ive known Mike not one Crystal has worked for him haha and yes Ive been his customer for years I wanna no who this Crystal is as well lol ! The people are awesome and so is Mike, Pedro I really dont no but honestly I always deal with girls or Mike thats it David is pretty cool too !!!!! Ill be going there forever, this pawn shop has my back so honestly I love them!!!! 7/23/17!

A hand gun, a rifle, a tv and soon to be an Xbox one and ps4 bought from here. Service is fantasic people are honest and friendly and prices arent gouged like most places. Being a woman buying a gun can be frustrating with horrendous enuendo and nonsense but everyone here was friendly helpful and upfront. Ill be back for any purchases they can fulfill.

Seems like all the negative reviews are from people we couldnt make a deal with. When we dont make a deal we dont make any money. We handle lots of transactions large and small. We treat everyone with respect and dignity. If you have an issue the owner Mike is always there and his cell number is on his card.
