Doesnt deserve a star. I went with a friend who was looking for a modest priced ring for his girlfriend. When we walked in one of 3 men behind the counter asked if we needed help. I told him what we were looking for. He responded with..."we didnt put the jewelry out today". I looked around at guns, guitars, knifes, dvds. Then asked "when do you put the jewelry out?" the answer I got was "normally any other day". We just walked out. It is sad that one of your 3 employees couldnt get up and help us. I honestly dont understand how you would stay in business with such poor customer service. I cant imagine walking into a shoe store and being told they might have my size in the back. but they wont go check for me! We left and spent the $$$ somewhere else. Sorry for your loss.

They most definitely give the most around. A year or so I was in a bad way and needed to pawn some gold to pay for a funeral and some other things and they really helped me out and gave me the money i needed. They probably gave me more money for some things then they are worth but they knew it was for a good cause and i wasnt a junkie trying to score. The one thing that i thought was weird then never asked for a "proof of ownership" on anything i pawned, they just took it and gave me money.Again none of my stuff was stolen or anything and all of it was mine, but i could see how some people could take advantage of them, All in all great place, and i got all my stuff back. If i ever gall into a bad way and have money trouble i know exactly where to go!

I have been going in morris for 19 years. I have had loans and bought items. They treat me with respect. Their hours have not changed. I told them about the false ad and review. They do not have a google ad. They said their competitor changed their hours and awhile back had their address instead of morris pawns true address. they showed me the picture of the ads which seems to have magically changed. They have been there 83 years, trusted & respected business. These newbees would not have to pull shenanigans on them if they were honest and not scared of the competition. I won`t go to any other pawnshop.

Being in the construction business I get laid off at least once a year. Morris has helped me out many times. I bought a lot of tools there , then I get a loan on them later if I need extra cash. They are nice people and have went out of their way for me. I bought my wife a 1 carat diamond from there,, saved lots of money shopping at Morris Loan.

I have been shopping there for 20 years. My husband buys me an exquisite piece of jewelry there every year at a third the cost of any jewelry store. We bought tv`s there, tools,Game system for my daughter. Unique place so many items! I love the thrill of never knowing what you will find in Morris Loan! Love you guys
