Very professional and polite. They are a busy store and sometimes the wait is long. It would be nice to see lanes set up so customers cant butt in front of you. Of course they are out to make money and dont offer you what you think your items are worth but thats the name of the game. I highly recommend this store just for their courtesy and the way they treat you with respect. Thank you.........Ron Schade

I was not greeted and they made feel stupid. A woman who worked there didnt even let me ask questions. More like she didnt let me finish and by her attitude most likeky assumed I was just trying to swindle them, I did not like this Value Pawn. I thought by the commercials I wouldve gotten better help than this.

I went to value pawn to sell some broken jewelry and they offer more than what I would have ever imagined.....the young lady who helped me was very kind and gave me the best customer service!!! Will recommend this pawn shop to everyone I know!!
