This place is the worst! The way they talk to people is like its their money they are loaning out.. I brought them a very nice Iphone 6 plus still in the box, I paid over 700+ for it and havent used it yet. I asked them if I could pawn it for 75 bucks!! not 200/ not 500. but 75 dollars. The lady looked it up on the computer and said the most she can do is 40!. smh. The manager said the most they could do is 50!. WOW!!! They would never sell this to someone for under 500. I googled the next pawnshop and just drove two mins over to A Pawn USA. They not only gave me the 75 dollars that I needed, They offered to give me more if I needed it. They didnt look at me as another buck, They treat people as people.

No muss, no fuss, boom bam, gosh damn FJP, yup Im a fan! To say the least, they have helped me through a lot of the toughest times in my life. Its not just like any other random pawnshop, They treat you with the upmost respect no matter what your circumstances are, and they develop relationships with their customers just like family. I have to admit they are extremely knowledgeable about how to run a wholesome business, and even more brilliant, as they attempt to reach out and go the extra mile to assist you and your family in any way possible. Plus, they have GREAT STUFF! The layaway program is affordable, and you get plenty of time to pay your new belongings off. FJP,, youre my kind of people!

Friendly staff but more of a thrift shop than a pawn shop. Dirty uninspected merchandise. Bought a wii in a bundle took it home to clean it and it was filthy with cuts in wires. Told to bring back because they didnt have the parts to replace. When I went there they brought out a whole new system and told me they would swap it out and they dont do cash back. I immediately saw a cut in the sensor bar wire on that system as well.so at that point they had no other option but to give me my money back. They did let me keep the free game. Wont do business there again anyways. Very small overhead little to no merchandise anyways. The whole situation felt sleepy.

Very poor customer service and they do not treat you like family!! I came in there several times looking for a specific item that the other location was going to order for me and when I asked the lady behind the counter about it she said "its up to them and they dont have to order it if they dont want too!" Rude as hell and on top of that they dont even bother to help you while you are looking around they are too busy behind the counter running their mouths amongst one another!! I would not recommend this place to anybody at all!!

Sweet people - Made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous about coming in. They made me feel comfortable in a tough situation. I was able to get what I needed and they didnt even take all the jewelry I brought. Just picked up my stuff and while I was there I was even able to grab a TV for my sons room for a great price!

Family jewelry and pawn is a great place to save money! I bought my husband and my apple laptop from there. The Macbook Pros work great and were in great condition, they looked hardly used. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to all!
