I use to be a regular at this pawn shop but the last few times I have been here nothing but problems. Customer service is horrible, and lying about when inventory arrived at the store. Asked them to drop a price a little bit on 2 items wouldnt even take the time to look it up in the system to see what she could do. This was the assistant manager as well. I have spent a lot of money in this store but wont any more.

"I came to this little pawn/jewelry store and Believe it or not these guys are great! Great place! Will return soon. Jezabel was great and they were really nice and friendly They try to work with you in regards to prices, and they have great customer service. Cant be any happier with the service . The biggest rip off. They will offer you one price and then 20 seconds later cut it in half. They use eBay for everything. They dont know what theyre talking about. They offered me 4$ for a 100$ antique torch. I do not reccomend this place for anyone to ever go to

I use to be a good customer at this place I will never return to. A few months ago I tried to buy a iPhone from there that was blacklisted. A week ago I bought a camera, tried to get my money back. But instead they offered less than half of what I paid for it.
