Worst experence. Your workers are the RUDEST I have ever come in contact with. I have been in retail for 24 years and never treated my customers like your associates do. I walked in to pawn a couple items and one of the was in its original box because some people in the world do not throw there boxes away. You worker whom ever she was (blonde hair) did not even give me time to ome up to the counter but decided to ask me out loud while she had customers in front of her did I have a recept. Well no I do not because I bought it online originally. If that is the policy then that is fine but do NOT embarrass me in front of other customers. I have spent a good amount of money in there but never again if that is how you talk to customers. I understand you have people who try everyday to get over on you however not everyone is not a theif. I will never shop or recommend people to shop at this pawn shop ever and I deal with a lot of people at my job and I just hope that the blonde woman who felt it was nessasary to embarrass me NEVER shops at my store.

Ive done business with this store for several years. Ive never really had any problems with them. Out of the multiple items Ive bought from them, Ive had 2 things that didnt work properly. Each time, I took the item back to the store the following day, and if they didnt have another comparable item that I liked they promptly gave me my money back with no hassle. I will say that this store lost its manager a few months ago, and its not as good as it used to be.

I will never shop here again they tell you to get the insurance which you pay extra for so if the item doesnt work properly you can return it and get a refund then when you try to return it they say they wont give you your money back but you can get a store credit this is the 2nd tablet I have gotten from there for my Autistic child who needs it for therapy sessions that doesnt work but they still wont give me my money back NEVER shop here!!!!!

The dark haired manager was less than ideal. Very rude and bouglar. My father was going to buy a "junk drum set". He was going to peice together the set with other stuff. He was going to buy a floor tom, a symbol and a snare. He was offered 655 he then got offered 589 (not including snare) he said that he would give 540 then the manager showed her butt. Long story short dont go here

This place will sell bad merchandise and will not work with you. If you want to exchange the merchandise or get a refund. The management is rude. All they want is to get your money in their hands,and then they are finished with you . Very bad experiences. Do yourself a favor stay away .
