I purchased my second PS3 today and paid for a warranty. They gave me the most worn out controller they had and wrong cable to charge it. I went back and they said they didnt have any other controllers with over 25 systems on the shelf. I then remembered the first one I bought when they first opened. They gave me a controller chewed up by a dog with dog hair embedded in it, and the same lady back then refused to give me another controller. She said that they were for the other systems sitting on the shelf. The package for my controller has no bar code or serial number on it. So why they cant give a paying customer with cash in hand a controller that is in decent shape is beyond me. They are not very polite, and lied to me about not having any more controllers in back cause I pawned my last one and they nit pick every little thing and take off money if you dont give them the proper accessories. When you have a customer with cash in hand....you should take care of them. I spent all my Christmas money on that and am tired of dealing with them. Not OK at all!

Buyer Beware! DO NOT purchase anything from these sorry so called workers! Went to teturn and item that didnt work and purchased a warranty did not want to return it because i didnt have the receipt. They acted like they couldnt look it up from the warranty. The manager didnt even come talk to me, just stood there relaying the message to another associate. Then the associate wanted to talk down to me like im dumb! WIll NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Like how do you have someone come in.....stand at the counter........wait........still standing there........3 employees all who were doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Now that we decide to leave the Hispanic lady ask if we wanted to view the guns. Sad thing was were standing near the amps. POOR SERVICE AND RIDICULOUS PRICES ON SOME ITEMS

All of the employees looked miserable to have a customer come into the store. They consistently avoided eye contact and the man who tested the electronics I was selling had to get help from one of the customers to figure out how to operate the pawn shops car audio testing gear. Im never coming back.

I bought a tv from them in January, 3 weeks after i got it, or just stopped working. They could care less. Very rude ppl, were more interested in harassing ppl on phone than customers inside the store.
