I would not recommend buying any electronics item here. My boyfriend and I went in, looking for a laptop with Windows 7. While checking out the laptops, one was missing a charger and another wouldnt work without the charger being plugged in.I ended up buying a laptop here anyways. I got home and the laptop wouldnt stay on unless charger was plugged in, even when the battery was "charged". The laptop also had a password set on it. I called Cash America, and the password they gave me was incorrect. The store closed at 7pm, which was the time I called them back. They refused to let me exchange the laptop that I just bought 20 minutes prior. I explained that my situation was urgent , as I use the laptop for work, but they still refused to let me exchange it. When I returned the laptop the next morning, they didnt even apologize and acted like it wasnt a big deal. I have worked in customer service for 17 years, and this is not the way I would ever treat any customer. I will never buy anything from Cash America again.

Horrible! Illegally refusing to release stolen items that they bought from a thief. My mother was robbed and this pawn shop has some of items. The Greenville county police have given her the release paperwork and police report... yet this pawn shop refuses to release her items with out a police officer present... and the police say that it isnt necessary for them to be present. Stay away from these crooks!!!

Great pawn shop for getting loans on your items... Its not as Much a Gold and Silver Coin kinda place, but if you just need a loan there great, and open til 7 which is big help for workin folk. And there employee Johanne/Johanna is absolutely wonderful working with you ;) keep up the good work Cash America Pawn... We need more people like you and your employees!!

Zero stars Lauren the chick that works in the is a rachet looking POS. Sorry but anyone can see that. Terrible customer service and offered me twice as low as what the same item in the store was listed as. Basically they wanna make 100% profit off what they get from you. This place is sad. First step fire LAUREN worse personality I have ever seen period.

would not wast my time. they said there was no record of my stuff. then they told me they found it and there putting on the floor when it was not even due. to find out the Manger let her dad put my stuff on lay way with out it hitting the floor.

They will want to give you $5 for a $600 item. The they wanna sell a $5 item for $1,000. Best to not waste your time or money.
