P&A Pawn is the best pawn shop in Hendersonville. I’m really amazed that anyone would leave any kind of negative review. Consider this: pawning an item means that you are using your item as collateral to secure a loan. A loan that you obviously need or you wouldn’t be there. After appraising the value of your item, the pawnbroker will work with you to determine the loan amount. Almost always you get a better deal than you would if you went to a pay day loan or title loan company. Youll leave your item with the pawnbroker until its time for you to come back, repay the loan and collect your item. When you pawn an item at P&A Pawn, John and his crew give you a fair deal for the item. They are doing you a favor if they accept your pawn and lend you money, and they do not take items that have been stolen. By accepting quality goods for a fair price, they help people out who need help, they eliminate the risk of purchasing goods attached to a crime, and they in turn sell that merchandise for a fair price as well. P&A Pawn also has one of the largest selections of guns and ammunition around. You can count of being treated fairly and you will receive excellent customer service. That being said, if you are unhappy with your purchase they will also work with you within reason. I’m afraid if you are looking for the Walmart return experience in any local pawn shop, you just won’t find it. Thats just good business people. You will be treated fairly, and you will get to work with a good group of guys if you choose to do business with them.

I have been coming here for at least a year now and I would recommend P&A to anyone. The customer service is excellent, and I cant say that about the rest of the pawn shops in this town. Many of my experiences in the past with places around town have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The folks at P&A are fair and trustworthy without question. The ONLY pawn shop I associate with in Hendersonville/Asheville area.

Even after working at a competing pawn shop in the area for 6 years I find this pawn shop to have great pricing, honesty, integrity, cleanliness, and a great attitude (all of which are needed in a exceptional store). Me and my wife went everywhere to find a 22 rifle for my son for Christmas I mean all day went to see john he had what we needed plus more!! Got us out under our budget and we came out with the rifle , MP3 player, and ammo!! Great place never going any where else!
