DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! My sister and I did the same thing... traded our iPhone 6 for an iPhone 7 on the same plan. I went to the Fruitville Pike location and I paid for the case and a $30 activation fee. My total bill was $143. She walked out from the lititz location with the same thing, and her bill was $192 and the $30 activation fee wasnt even included. So her bill will actually be $222. When I went back to talk to someone about it, the manager got confrontational and kept trying to explain to me how many discounts that she had gotten. I finally got out of her that there was a $20 activation fee for transporting her data over (that the other store doesnt charge). They also added $80 for a screen protection plan that they told her was basically free because they were waving all these other "fees". Again, the Fruitville Pike store doesnt have any weird added fees. Just save yourself the headache and the money and go there!

If you have a wireless need, run dont walk to this shop. These guys are the best! We have purchased two Apple phones, an iPad and services from Daniel and are extremely pleased with his guidance and resulting solutions. He is personable, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Daniel also has the uncanny, uncommon ability to make sense out of wireless industry techno speak. Lastly, Charles, the manager, not only runs a great store, he is knowledgeable and helpful as well. The other guys as great as well . . . We are long-term Verizon customers: our recent experience here only reinforced that decision.

The Kilgores

A shout out to the folks at GoWireless Lititz for their serious persistence and perseverance in the face of complete ineptitude and terrible customer service from the Verizon Mothership. These guys, particularly Mr. Basehoar, worked for over 3.5 hours to help us, while making literally dozens of calls to all sorts of Verizon specialists, who frankly should have known how to solve the problem on the very first call. I would not recommend that anyone switch to Verizon, but if you are already there, and need something, this is the store to patronize.

Appreciated the fact that he didnt try to up grade me or get pushy. He was incrediby knowledgable about products in store and introduced me to dish network TV and offered me a tablet because I am an unlimited plan customer.

Lizzy provided my handicapped sister with her personal office chair during our time at the store! She even came to my car to help us, so my sister would not have to walk inside!!
