Horrible store and downright dishonest salespeople who lie right to your face. Well what do you know! Email is invalid and the phone number is another run around! Wow pretty smart for a shoe salesman former TCC manager Jon Johnson who gives an honest review! I feel sorry for the store you work at now and they should be careful if this is the kind of honesty they can look forward to. I still stand by my review and your work history and review has been forwarded to Verizon. Wonder if youre selling shoes in the same dishonest childish manner? Oooohhh a typo! That proves they are unintelligent so lets rip them off! Good one! Stick with shoes dude! Yes folks this guy worked at the same store thats ripping people off! Do not go to this store. Customer service after the initial sale is horrible. The manager needs to be fired! This is not a Verizon store and there is some seriously shady stuff going on here. There were so many extra charges added to our phone bill it doubled. This after they said they could reduce it. If you try to take your phone back you will get more run around than you can imagine until the 2 week return time is up. Plus youll be waiting hours each time you go back. We got a tablet for 99 cents with our upgrade. Well they charged us almost 60.00 a month for this 99 cent tablet. Save yourself the grief and added charges and go to a real Verizon store.

After reading the reviews I was a bit weary. However, it appeared that all the Verizon stores werent much better. So, I gave it a shot anyway. My experience was polar opposite of the negative reviews listed below. I expected to be up sold things which always happens at these cell phone companies. They did try to talk to me about a tablet but I declined as I do not want a cheap Verizon branded tablet. I prefer Apple tablets as they are far superior which the sales person understood. They focused on fixing my email issue talked about unlimited plan options and I left. I would rate it a 4 star review but, I think these reviews overall are lopsided. Not too many positive experiences will ever be reviewed. I can see T-Mobile closing in on market share but, the experiences Ive had at those retailers (before I switched) were very poor. I will stick with Verizon for now if the customer experiences are as good as yesterdays went. Thank you to the female employee for her knowledge and quick support.

The previous posters who left negative reviews are totally justified in doing so. This place needs closed down and the guy who gave a positive " unbiased " review calling people unintelligent actually was a manager at the same store. He is actually selling shoes now so be careful folks! When he was called out on his dishonesty he took his review down like a school yard bully but when you consider the majority of 5 star reviews they have actually do have come from someone associated with TCC which does violate google review policy, it makes you wonder what the are training their sales people to do!!! Hope they close this place down soon since they are ripping off honest hardworking people day in and day out. Oh yeah and the robo text you get to contact them is totally bogus and no one answers when you call!! Trust me I know first hand! Close this place down!!!

Did not have a good experience here. Came in to get a new SIM for my wifes new phone, a process that I had done at a full Verizon store a few months prior. Although I am an account manager on this account, the person helping us, who was very polite and pleasant, could not help us because she couldnt even log into our account. Watching over her shoulder, she wasnt certain which password went where, wasnt writing my password down correctly as I told it to her - and then when I offered to call Verizon to speed things along in store, she refused. We left after twenty minutes and got nothing accomplished. Went to the official Verizon store on Manheim Pike, alone, and was in and out in six minutes. Again, Ill say the staff was very nice and polite, but inept at handling the simplest account management task.

Jon Johnson if you read the review you would know what the issue is. We bought 2 phones and were charged for 3. Thats just a start. When Verizon itself is telling us yes they added bogus charges after the fact and are trying you to rip you off there is an issue. Im happy for you that youve had a positive experience there but dont call others unintelligent if they notice there are being ripped off. Maybe you should stop slamming others by calling childish names and be happy you are not amongst the many who have been ripped off by this store. Btw....probably should delete your LinkedIn account before crying I dont work there either. Just an honest review. Lol! Lol!!! Have a great day Sir.

I waited a couple months to cool down and i must warn anyone going to this store that is will be nothing but a headache.There new store is on main street in front of the giant super market but the same problems and headaches as they had across from the weis store.They are not a true verizon store so they cant get anything done like the real store on fruitville pike.I have sat for hours due to their mistakes and unable to fix problems.I bought 2 new phones that started new contracts and they were used with the persons old contacts on the phone.When i took it back it was a 4 hr hassle---TWICE.Yes i know i shouldnt of gone back but live and learn

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. I called and asked if I could retrieve lost pictures from my cell phone. They responded, "Nope, not unless you had them backed up. And, so probably not, so if you want more help stop in, But you just lost them. Bye". I called the 1800 Verizon customer service and found that they were not lost and was able to retrieve them. The Ephrata location is horrible on service. They dont seem to care and dont even try. Drive some where else -like Lancaster to find service/help -- dont waste your time here. I dont know why I even tried to call the Ephrata location since I had problems with them before as well.

I agree with the comment Cris left about my experience being the polar opposite of the negative reviews. Its a shame positive comments arent as frequently left on reviews as they should be vs the negative. I encountered very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough representatives. The manager at this location was also very friendly, as well as very involved with ensuring all my questions and concerns were answered. I wasnt rushed nor was anything pushed on me to purchase. I would highly recommend going to this location whether its for a purchase or just to have questions answered.

I have had nothing but great service here. I had an emergency on my way out of town a couple of weeks ago my phone had completely died. I needed my phone for navigation and other features for my trip. I stopped in with very little time, and John and the manager jumped in and helped me. They were so speedy in setting up a new phone for me. I was on my way in about 35 minutes with my new Galaxy S8 all set up and off to compete in my triathlon. Thank yo so much for excellent customer service!!!!
