At this location, they gave me false information on a few key things; let me elaborate. On my birthday my Mother and I go to the Harford Mall to visit the AT&T store. I was looking to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S6 (which i am typing this review from). The worker at the "Certified" AT&T store led me to believe i could not swap my Sim Card from my old phone, into the Galaxy S6 (Both my old phone and the new one take a Nano-Sim; both are AT&T devices). Then he told me, that i was not allowed to buy the phone at the full retail price. He said you could only buy it on the installment plan, paying monthly. Upset ith the customer service, ingo the the AT&T Store RIGHT across the street. Im in there for about 10-15 min; we purchased the Galaxy S6 and an Otterbox at full retail price, not with the installment plan. The AT&T store near Ross and Sweet Frog has to be one of the best customer service AT&T stores Ive ever been to. Im on my 4th Galaxy smartphone and all of them (plus my old iPhone 4) were purchased at that store.

Horrible customer service. I went to this location because my phone suddenly stopped working and would not charge. The sales person told me it was my battery and I needed a new one. Which he said we dont sell batteries here. I asked him where I should go to get one, and he said Uh I think theres a battery warehouse somewhere down the road, but I dont know if they sell cell phone batteries. I asked if they could make sure it was the battery by checking it, and he said we dont do that here. If you want a battery you can buy the phone it goes with. He was very rude. So I went to the battery warehouse got the new battery, and nope that wasnt the problem, the phone still did not work. The gentleman at the Battery Warehouse was more helpful then the AT&T employee and he checked the batterys and told me that wasnt the issue it was something faulty with the cellphone. Maybe you should hire this man who seems to know more and be more helpful then the employees at this location.

I got a new iPhone and they told me about the buy one get one and the two free tablets I got , but didnt tell me about the act fees $45 per tablet $25 per phone and I have to have a line fee for the tablets $20 a month and $20 line fee for my "free" phone. They also added insurance on everything when I said no....... smh these Store is the worst, they didnt transfer my stuff and made me go to the mall. They said go to the one in the festival and when I got there and the employees there were great got me all hooked up. But this store here is the worst

I went in last night to purchase my phone. Matt was extremely helpful and I appreciated the time he took to walk me through my options. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and get the right phone. I would recommend going to this store, not the one in the mall but the one near bed bath & beyond. They seem to be very customer focused, which is hard to say about a lot of places nowadays.

I have used this location to purchase, upgrade, downgrade and manage devices, plans and accessories for many years. Each time I have met professional, caring and pleasant folks who gave great service. Tonight I simply added 3 Ipads to an existing account (purchased the ipads on eBay) No hassle, no charge, great service and more pleasant folks. Highly recommend this location
