Entered the store and from the very beginning my wife and I were both ignored by the two employees sitting at their desks. They were not on the phone, nor did they seem busy, but they sure did make it seem as if we were inconveniencing them for coming in and expecting to be helped. Another customer came in and one of them made a half ass attempt to serve them from the comfort of his desk while my wife and I continued to be ignored. In shock we left and called AT&T customer service, they apologized and told us that theyve had previous complaints about that location. At that point there was nothing they could say or do to convince us that we would get the service that we pay for, so without skipping a beat we went down the street and switched our service to Verizon. The new service we are getting from Verizon is a few dollars more expensive, but the customer service is far superior and that makes it all worth it. We didnt even make it through the door at Verizon and we had an associate greeting us and answering our questions. Good Luck with this store if youre an AT&T customer, be ready to receive mediocre service if any at all.

Its hard to rate this location because Ive had great experiences here dealing with Christoff ( I believe) but also had a horrible experience with a female employee. After my niece gave me her old phone (1 year old or so) I took it in to have it activated. A few days later it I started having problems where it wouldnt send text or pictures. I had this problem before with my previous phone and the employee replaced the SIM card and I never had another issue.So I went in and told the lady I thought there was a problem with the sim card. The lady was rude from the start. All she cared about was trying to get me to get another new phone. She wouldnt even check the sim card out for me and make sure it was okay. She looked at my phone and said it says you have 4G theres nothing wrong, if there is its the phone. Today I get a message on my phone NO SIM CARD...just as I said 2 months ago, something is wrong with the SIM CARD.

I started my account here last year with Jim and his awesome team. I love the service i get when i go in their professional and very knowledgeable, and very understanding. I just recently broke my phone and was having a hard time getting my claim filed. I went in today and spoke with my guy Jim again, He helped me file my claim and got everything set up for me, Left with a receipt and claim #. Ill be back in a few days to get the new phone set up and ill be buying some accessories to protect my new phone from getting broken again. Next summer ill be upgrading and getting a new phone again. Their service is better then then rest in the area! Tell them I sent ya. :)

I previously stopped into this location and wasnt super impressed with the customer service I received the woman helping me. I came back into this location a few days later hoping for a different experience and I certainly received one! Christoff and Alex were amazing! I believe I spent close to 3 hours in the store switching all my stuff over to AT&T for my family. I really appreciate all their help and their willingness to answer all of my questions! And they were also really understanding of my 1 yr old and they even interacted with him to make my trip easier! Ill definitely be back to this location as long as these two are working there!

idk what that guy is saying but they were wonderful! ported over and got DirecTV. It was so simple and easy. Jim Chris and brittany were great even helped my boyfriend join the world of smart phones (with assistance lol) We will be sticking with Jim for our cell and Direct TV needs from now on!

I went in to the store to inquire about plans and phones from switching from Verizon. Jim was very helpful and explained all of the plans and different options on phones. Great customer service from this location. When my contract is up I will definitely be coming back to see them. Thanks.

Great experience and service they have repair services and the newest products on front shelves. Only thoigh, the staff seemed a little insecure and it took a while for them to do their paperwork on their computers. Other than that, Keep Up The Good Work AT&T!!

Gave me the wrong information about adding a line. I called ATT and they said to go to an actual ATT store not a "authorized retailer" for the correct information. Big waste of time going here.
