I was a member for almost a year, and I was happy with my plan, but every time I would go into the store for help the employees were not very helpful most of the time they would just tell me to contact customer service, first day I got my phone they only activated the text messaging but not my data and almost every time Im in there they are on their phones while dealing with customers, I walked in and had a lady help me and in the middle of her helping me her mom called and they were talking about what to have for dinner (very unprofessional ) and today I went in to get my phone deactivated and the women told me I couldnt do it in the store I had to do it online, whats the point of having a store when all they are going to tell you is go online or call customer support Im very upset, and I had another phone with their company that charged me 6 dollars extra for the warrantee when I got rid of that phone I asked them to please stop charging me the extra 6 dollars, its been 5 months sense I asked them to stop and they have still been charging me the extra 6 dollars so Im very upset and would not recommend this company to anyone unless us are used to figuring out your problems using your phone because the store was very unhelpful !

The new rep, turned off my line instead of my daughters line and could not reconnect it, but told me see reconnected it. Then she, while doing my daughters upgrade, within the same transaction, used my upgrade slated for the next month,as my daughters upgrade that was eligible within the next week. I was not able to get my upgrade or put another phone on my account with a discounted cost. Other Metro Pcs stores would not touch the mistake, it was that bad. Another store called this store and got disrespect by the on shift clerk. I had to terminate service with Metro Pcs, due to the extreme chaos, the new rep hurled me and my daughters cellular accounts into. And in addition, the Manager tried to back her rep, after she looked at the 2 separate account, then changed the initials to cover their mistakes. That made it hard, down right impossible, for me to check my account, my daughter to check her account, or the customer service to talk to us. (Name and phones didnt match in either accounts). Do not use them!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE...

Id rate lower if possible. Bought a new phone here, and nothing worked on it. Couldnt download apps from Playstore, Google wouldnt work, keyboard disappeared, and more. They ordered and replaced it. They set up the new one, and its doing the same thing as the last, so now I have to take it back yet again. Ive never had so many problems with a phone. I recommend using a carrier pigeon to send your messages. Stay away from this place.

Great staff and great deals although they cant help you with everything .(because their only a authorized metro pcs dealer) they still try and answer all the questions you have.and make sure you leave a satisfied metro pcs customer.
