Had a warranty issue with phone, when Verizon sent a new one the middle river store refused to transfer over phones for me unless I paid them a 30 dollar fee. This feels like extortion to me. Drove up the street to Rosedale store and they took care of me instantly for free. Avoid middle river store and take your business to Rosedale, much better experience.

Very bad experience, I knew more about phones than the associate, and no one would answer the phone when I called so the associate told me I could not return a case bought in a DE store when I finally got served.. Very slow, and not very knowledgeable, I had my phone for 3 days, and I think I knew more than he did. Horrible, dont go there!!!

Went in to learn about Hum. Staff showed me the app, tutorials, really took their time to help me understand the benefits of the product. My purchase became a no-brainer. Im very happy with my new Hum. Its a good feeling to know that I now have a smart car and I am safer than before! Thanks Verizon.

Had called store to ask about upgrade and to see if they had one in stock. Gentleman was pleasant and remembered me when I went into store later. Service was good and no long lines like most stores. Was a very pleasant experience. Anthony was the gentlemans name and he was very knowledgeable.

Switched to Verizon from Sprint. I got a new phone and the staff took care of transferring all my data very quickly. The coverage with Verizon is so much better! I can make and receive calls in places I never could before with Sprint.
