Got the runaround about the Droid Turbo, the phone that VW is trying to sell hard. I was first helped by a Verizon trainee and she did wonderfully, they did not know the answer so they go a salesperson named Stephanie. I then had to proceed to see if I was able to upgrade to answer a simple question that any seasoned sales associate should know. How much is the droid turbo with a upgrade two year contract, it was as simple as that, so finally after finding out whether I upgradeable , which should not of matter for the question, but no after checking charts and tables and three times longer than it should have taken you find out It is high than online. So I thank you and that I would buy online instead and say have a great day but the sales person was very rude and sarcastic sounding at everything I said. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE besides here or better yet buy online like I did.

I was helped by a very nice girl named Misty. I came in because my tablet would not connect to my wifi hotpspot. She immediately got the tablet to connect and then got it all set up for me. She made a new email for me since I did not have one, and then setup my Amazon account as well.I had no idea how to do any of this stuff. She was very patient and helpful.
