I am in the military and stationed in VA. I met a beautiful young lady that lives in NY, Wappingers Falls whilst on vacation. We agreed to take our romance to the states, and as you can imagine keeping the romance through distance can be quite difficult. Rosemary Flower shop was not only helpful in doing so for me, but went out of their way to make it perfect. I ordered a summer bouquet with card, and made a request of her favorite snack (sour patch kids, watermelon flavor) be attached as well. Order was placed at 945am, that same day I receive text and calls " YOU GOT ME FLOWERS!!!!! THEY ARE LITERALLY THE MOST BEAUTIFUL!!!! " at 4pm. Hand delivered to planet fitness only a mile from them it made my womens day and mine. Thanks Rosemary Flower shop! I highly advise using them and will continue in the future for my surprises!

The service was fine and the flowers they delivered were lovely, but they were not what I had ordered. I had requested an arrangement with only 2 colors, white and purple, and had explicitly stated the color red should not to be included. We not only discussed this, but I saw them write it down. It was therefore very upsetting to me to see the florist chose to disregard my color preferences and included red roses throughout the arrangement. I find it unprofessional that they would impose their own preferences and disregard the wishes of their customer, especially when it has been made clear the color choices are very personally meaningful and intentional.

The service is impeccable in every respect whether in person or over the phone. What I love about Rosemary is she listens to the person speaking and hears the description about the person who will receive the flowers.
