A relative sent me a floral arrangement through Flowers by Randolph. There was no card, just a paper saying how much the flowers had cost. It took me a while to figure out who had sent it. The arrangement was quite a bit smaller and contained fewer flowers than the relative thought she was buying, and all the flowers were wilting and dying. The arrangement lasted one day, and it cost over $50. That arrangement should never ever have left the florists shop. Id never use this florist.

Unbelievable service! We had a mix up with our delivery. I called. Patrick said, "Let me take care of it!" He picked up the arrangement and returned with a new arrangement that blew us away!!! It was great to work with someone who just wanted to make things right and to take care of his customers. I can not give them enough stars for the quality of the flowers and their customer service!!

I called everywhere in schenectady looking for a certain type of flower. All the other florists blew me off and told me they did not carry them. The woman at Randolph called a wholesaler and got back to me within minutes. Excellent customer service! Flowers were delivered on time and looked fantastic. Would definitely recommend them...

Found this shop through a google search for flowers delivery to the Rotterdam area. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and efficient with ordering, and said delivery would happen later day -- a pleasure to do business with these guys.

I purchased a floral arrangement that cost $54.99 plus $22.98 S&H and the flower bouquet was extremely small, and pitiful. Price Chopper does a lot better flower arrangements. They will never get my business again.
