I ordered from Teleflora and specified Twilight Florist to be my choice for selection and delivery as their flowers are awesome. Teleflora gave my order to Reni because my choice couldnt do it. Flowers were NOT even close to looking like the arrangement online. Vase was substituted for a flat out ugly one that wasnt designed for the arrangement I ordered. The florist "Made them fit" by jamming the stems inside making it unstable and wobbly. I paid for a $130.00 PREMIUM arrangement, but received a Standard size one in its place. Guess they were banking on that the buyer and recipient were not in the same dwelling. The flowers themselves appeared OK, but less than 3 days later, they were turning brown, shriveling up and in some case becoming brittle. These flowers were obviously frozen & sprayed with something to make them "appear" OK. Several calls by myself and Teleflora went unanswered. To make the arrangement meet the so called height requirements of the order and appear larger than it was, some stems were literally above the waterline in the vase by as much as 4 inches. I relocated the flowers into a vase that was not as "choking" and you could see what was really given. I WILL NEVER EVER buy from these people again...

I asked for three yellow and three peachy/pink roses and left the rest up to Caroline. Who by the way is the amazing woman who has been managing Flowers by Reni for years! Their customer service was beyond stellar from the time I got to their front door and when I left th following day with my mums birthday flowers. I drove 5.5hrs to VT on a 90° day. I took the advice to drive with the AC on high and my mum said most of the flowers are still alive. Overall I highly reccommend Flowers by Reni you wontt be disapppinted!

Flowers by Reni has gone seriously down hill in the past year. Never again is right. I tried on Valentines day and the stems were all broken and I asked for red & pink roses and they threw in cheap babys breath and white roses that were half dead. I received roses today and AGAIN they were brown and wilted!! The dinky bouquet that I received looks NOTHING close to the one on the website. Its spring, there is no excuse to have such sad looking flowers!

I use to use Lucilles Floral, even though the shop looked a little intimidating (Run Down). However on two occasions they totally messed up delivery and even with the wrong arrangement. So started to use Flowers by Reni and have found them to be much better. My wife and I have used them for our wedding, for our events, all with no complaints... If you are looking for flowers in the Fishkill area, skip over Lucilles and be sure to use Flowers by Reni!

EXCELLENT! I ordered a significant vase of flowers to be delivered to a coworker, within 2 days they had died. I went to the shop, explained what happened. I was treated with respect & courtesy. Within 1 hour my co worker had a GORGEOUS replacement arrangement. That is professionalism at its best. I choose this shop because of its reputation & I was not disappointed. Just received a delivery for some flowers for my birthday from my fiance, for which I greatly appreciate the thought he put into them. He does not want to complain, however the roses on the top of my arrangement are dirty and wilted. This arrangement would deter me from purchasing flowers in the future for close family members.

Absolutely horrible! flowers by reni is owned by the same people who own the funeral home. I wanted a certain arrangement for a friends mothers funeral and they absolutely butchered what i asked for. I will never go back.
