I ordered a nice arrangment to be sent to my sister-in-law as her dog needed to be put to sleep. They were very diligent in contacting the recipient and were also nice enough to not leave it outside in the freezing cold. My brother sent me a picture of the arrangment when they arrived and I must say they looked beautiful and almost exactly like the stock photo. I have stopped ordering flowers from the big corporate names b/c I feel it is important to do business locally. The Flower Barn, our local florist, has certainly proved to me that I made the right choice!

They were wonderful! I didnt realize that you couldnt send flowers to ICU and ordered these flowers while I was in California to be sent to a love one in the hospital in New York. They checked with the hospital every day to see when she had been moved to a regular room. The arrangement was beautiful. Totally recommend them. They were helpful and caring of my situation above and beyond what I would have expected.

Excellent service, excellent product, all around excellent experience. I ordered online using the easy to use website and later followed up with a call to ensure the order went through. Maybe the website could use a tracking feature on the orders in the future but overall a great experience.

Website was easy to use, the flowers were delivered within a few hours of ordering, and the arrangement was actually nicer than what was pictured online (I expected some variation from the generic internet photos, but usually they are worse quality than what is pictured, not better).

I ordered from MY florist, Mary Anns Flower Garden which is two miles from me. I dont know how this order got to Hyde Park. I am sure you have done a great job, but I will not order on line again when the requested florist is not contacted. I assume this went through Telaflora.
